Frustrated by continued payment…
Frustrated by continued payment problems…. Being informed that my perfectly valid debit card has been refused, order cancelled but later order is confirmed…. This has been going on for months…. Should have been sorted by now.
In addition the mobile app does not work properly. Cannot manage my subscriptions any longer.
Come on Primal Living…. Get these issues sorted or I will go elsewhere.

Best foot cream! Lovely product.
I bought the hemp foot cream and I am very impressed with the texture and smell. The cream sank in almost immediately and did not leave my feet feeling greasy.

Having problems getting my subscriptions thru. Told you are having card transactions problems since Feb. Recently received one of my order but when putting the other subscriptions online it's been cancelled again. Did rang helpline but it's a inconvenience to remember to do it.

We are aware that we have been having some issues with our third party system and it's ability to process card payments recently on subscription orders and our team have been working on integrating subscriptions within our own in-house system so this should work much more smoothly in the future. Unfortunately, the amount of coding needed to do this will take some time and we do not yet have a date when this will be completed we're afraid.
However, in the meantime, for any subscription orders where there has been an error, we can temporarily place an order on our in-house system for these items. In order to do this, we would need to speak with you over the phone as we would need to confirm a few details with you. Subscription Payment Issues
Consistently informed payment has been declined for my subscription and despite changing payment cards to see if this solved the matter, it didn't and ended up having to order the item at an increased cost. Amazingly using the same card that had previously been declined, the payment went through!!!
