Primal Living deliveries.
Primal Living deliver regularly (I have my supplements on subscription). This means I never run out of my supplements, which used to happen when I bought them from the chemist. I cannot praise Primal Living enough. They are very helpful if you have any questions and their website is easy to navigate.

Abysmal customer service and web functionality-Don’t refund mistakenly taken money
Update: Primal Living came back to me with apology and refunded me. Their website has not functioned for months but if you call them they will sort things out. Just wish they’d tell people their website isn’t functioning…. So updated to 3 stars.
I cancelled an order, they cancelled shipment but charged me nonetheless and don’t give me my money back even though I requested by email and phone.
When I phone (tried 3x) I get cut off halfway through the call (“put me on hold”) and they don’t phone back (I was very polite so no issues from my side). I cannot get through to address above issue or cancel further orders.
Their website has lots of errors and when you try to amend scheduled orders it loops back not allowing you to amend.
Gemporia is fine but this Primal Living has abysmal functionality and customer service. Sad because the products are good, but I will not use them anymore. They only steal money from me once…
