I booked an appointment for 19th july .I booked it on 1st july , a few days before i got a call saying the computer was down and not showing morning appointments ??? I said that was the only time i could make it , they rang back a couple of hours later and said i could still have my appointment , i drove half an hour towards my appointment and was 20 mins away when i got a message to say they were unwell but could change it to an afternoon slot , terrible service

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Katie who cleared the wax out my ears is wonderful and the procedure was painless and quick. Definitely recommend them.

Had both ears done today 18th July, Suzanne was excellent, already recommended to others.

Can’t recommend Pride hearing enough, thoroughly professional from start to finish, highly recommend if you are suffering from ear wax build up… vacuum removal was pain free and efficient.

My doctor told me both my ears were clogged up with wax after a hospital stay so I booked an appointment on a Sunday with a young lady called Paige I couldn't have asked for for a better person to do this as I have never had trouble before. She was very caring and putting my mind at ease by explaining everything all the way. Very good treatment and very caring.thanks for opening up my world again.

Dissapointing after care, I was scheduled a visit that never took place and the ongoing difficulty my family and I have had trying to reach someone for help.

I was meant to receive a home visit on the 17th of June, 2025 because my hearing aid has stopped working. I even received a reminder, so my family and I made sure to look out for the appointment. Sadly, no one ever arrived. My brother tried to call on my behalf, but the call was unhelpful, and he was eventually cut off. He was told someone would come on the 23rd of June, but we never received any confirmation or follow-up reminder, as we usually do.

Since then, my sister and niece have continued to call multiple times, but no one has answered. I'm profoundly deaf, and my hearing aid is my only means of communication with the world. This situation has been incredibly distressing.

When I was given the hearing aid, I was assured it would be checked annually for the next four years. That promise gave me a sense of security — but right now, it feels as though that promise has been broken.

Please, I kindly ask that this matter is looked into and resolved. I rely on this service not just for my hearing, but for my well being

Excellent customer service from Danielle on reception to Katie who performed my earwax removal . Communication was excellent , both made you totally at ease and explained everything . Katie asked what the problem was then explained step by step what she was going to do . Never felt rushed or pressured . I have worked for many years in customer based service and would be thrilled to have them on my team ! Well done Pride Hearing !

Wow. I am so happy with my new hearing aid. I did not realise I had a hearing loss but after being nagged by my family I got in touch with Pride Hearing and spoke to James who checked for wax and then arranged a hearing test...to prove them wrong!. Well a few weeks on, after seeing Stephanie, who was professional, caring and friendly I am the proud owner of a top of the range hearing aid. It is all singing all dancing, literally, as I have the music app on it. It is perfect , comfortable, hidden and ideal. I dance, work , socialise in it and can change the programme easily to suit the environment. Not bad for a techno phobe. I had one issue, the hearing aid lock was irritating my ear. I had prompt after care service.
I cannot recommend Pride Hearing enough for their service and after care.
I am so happy and have already recommended Pride Hearing to family and friends.

Would highly recommend the ear wax removal .

I've had my ears suctioned by Katie, and I am very pleased with the outcome, she was a lovely lady and she explained everything what she was going to do, I have tried to get my ears done for ages but no one would touch them because i had a perfarated ear drum, so I had to go private, I am so glad I did, thank you so much Katie for everything, we'll worth the money.

Simon Baucutt came yesterday I really was not sure if I was going to change my hearing aids but after I had been talking to Simon for a while was so taken by him and the efficiency way he dealt with everything..and there was a lot to deal with I could not wait to join Pride Hearing. Thank you Simon.

I attended Pride Hearing on 01/04/25 not really knowing what to expect. On arrival, I was greeted with a smile and an offer of a drink, to which I was very grateful because I was parched. I was informed that someone would be out to me as soon as they were available. Less than 5 minutes later, a lovely lady called Katie came and collected me from reception and took me into one of the rooms. I was again greeted with a smile which automatically put me at ease.

Katie explained in detail what would happen at the appointment and I was fascinated by everything that she had to say, as I was always curious about wax removal. She started the consultation and let me see what was going on in my ears which was awesome because I’m one of the strange people that finds this very satisfying!

Katie talked to me throughout the appointment and explained what I was seeing on the screen. Overall, I couldn’t fault any of the staff at Pride Hearing. They were all welcoming, accommodating and polite. Thanks for making my first (and definitely not last) visit an extremely positive experience!

Very professional the staff are amazing, and the results even better, this service is a bargain and a must for anyone booking to go on holiday, I will be back next year for a check up 👏👏👏

I had my ears treated by a wonderful young lady today. She was very professional but also warm and friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. It was a pleasure to deal with her.

Excellent service, really easy to book online and the location is good with convenient parking outside. Very friendly staff and comfortable service for ear wax removal, pictures were shown of the before and after. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

The Audio that carried out the procedure was so friendly and knowledgeable, she made sure throughout that I was comfortable and informed as to what she was doing and showed me before and after pictures so I could see the difference I would highly recommend Pride hearing and I wont hesitate to come back should my problem arise again

Absolutely amazing service. Lovely staff; clean and bright treatment rooms; really prompt and efficient. I travelled from Nottingham and it was well worth the journey. I would highly recommend. I can hear again!!!
