A great experience this afternoon. Felt completely at ease throughout my treatment, and a lovely coffee and welcome from Shania.

We arrived for our appointment and was greeted by the friendly staff, the lady who was doing the procedure was very friendly and made sure we understood what she was doing. We were not once worried at any point during the appointment. The procedure was carried out and the after care explained to us. Very happy with pride hearing.

Suzanne was great! Took her time to explain the procedure to my daughter and made sure it was a swift procedure. Highly recommended.

Pride Hearing was my first choice as I knew I wouldn’t get into my GP’s surgery for an emergency ear wax removal. I was lucky enough to get a cancellation after calling them in the morning. They called me back with a cancellation and booked me in asap. The consent paperwork was clear and easy to sign and send back before my appointment. Upon arrival there was plenty of parking space and a very clean and welcoming reception and waiting area. Tea, coffee and water are offered whilst you wait.
The consultation before the removal was very clear, photos before and after were brilliant. The process it’s self was painless and didn’t bother me at all. I couldn’t believe what came out. Having suffered with water behind my ear drums in the past I was at first hesitant, suction was used in both ears and was 100% successful in removing two rather large pieces of wax. The relief was instant and I could hear perfectly. I received 3 vouchers for money off the treatment which I could use straight away and I also bought some aftercare spray. Honestly, I will choose Pride Hearing every time over any GP surgery or high street specialist. I would highly recommend Pride Hearing. You don’t need to suffer or feel embarrassed, just go and get your ears looked at by a brilliant company.

The staff were lovely, was nervous before the procedure but they did everything to make sure I was as relaxed and possible and everything went very smoothly and laughs were shared. I even got a free coffee aswell! Would 100% reccomend, these people genuinely care about your ear health and do everything they can to fix your problem with your comfort as a priority.

Pride hearing were very efficient through out. I was able to quickly make an appointment. Wax was removed from my ears quickly and painlessly. The technician professionally explained the process. I have no hesitation in recommending Pride hearing.

First time visiting today after pardon the pun hearing great things from social media and friends and they were certainly true. Today I saw the lovely Kate who explained everything in plain English with a great bedside manner,I even got to see my ears via a smartphone before and after. Great service all round and will return in future. Very friendly and professional team.

Amazing! One of my ears has been blocked on and off for months and I couldn’t hear out of it at all. From one session, there is already a massive improvement. I have a follow up next week free of charge! You get two follow ups free. It is so relaxing and is such a feeling of relief afterward!
I also asked for both ears to be micro-suctioned; however, once the picture is taken, if there is nothing to be removed, you are not charged. Very reasonably priced :)
I was able to see pictures of inside my ear canals and I was talked through the whole procedure. Very reassuring

I booked my appointment online for 21.12.2025 on December 3rd and received a confirmation message. Two days later, I received a call from Pride Hearing during which I was asked the same questions I had already provided online, and my appointment was confirmed again by their employee.
On December 18th, I unexpectedly received another call informing me that, due to a sudden lack of availability, my appointment had been cancelled. I was offered alternative dates; however, none of them were suitable given the short notice. The representative informed me that, in this situation, I could book a new appointment in the new year.
I was very much looking forward to this appointment, as I am currently experiencing significant discomfort and was hoping to find answers. This appointment was important to me, and its cancellation has been extremely disappointing. I do not understand the purpose of confirming a booking multiple times if the appointment is ultimately cancelled and the time slot is given to someone else.

So much for this firm.

Fitted it will not work. And that's
From the hospital. So I would not
Recommend them.

Friendly and helpful communication from booking right up until the end of my aunts appointment. She has dementia and I was filled with questions to ensure a smooth visit, all were answered with expertise and assured that everything would be done to make our visit as good as possible - which it was.

A mention to the receptionist and the lady who performed the procedure on the 5th December 2025, both lovely members of staff who I unfortunately didn’t get names, but were very warm and hospitable.

We will definitely be returning next time.

After the completion of a home hearing test (27/5/25) by Audiologist Jonathan Scott it was suggested that a pair of Starkey Edge MRIC hearing aids would be the answer to my hearing loss problem. On (2/6/25) I had a home visit by James Wright to fit the said hearing aids. I found both of these gentlemen to be very professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I had a service appointment yesterday from Thomas Samphier another extremely patient and likeable young man who addressed my questions with great professionalism. I contacted Pride Hearing after he left to order a set of wax filters and again was afforded wonderful friendly and efficient service by Danielle. Well done everyone.
