My visit today was a very good experience. The receptionist was welcoming and informative. The technician, Kerry, explained everything in a clear manner and was professional but very kind and gentle. She wrote up a report for my doctor very quickly and it was in my inbox before I got back home, together with photographs of the inside of my ears. Very impressed with the service this company provided, they had appointments available quickly and with varied days/times to suit all circumstances. Didn’t need any treatment from them and none was suggested but a referral to the GP was very helpful. All I paid for was the hearing test. My daughter had visited two weeks before and needed wax removal and she, too, was very impressed with the service. Would highly recommend.

Had the lovely Suzanne today when I went in and had such a positive experience. Was a little bit nervous about the procedure, but everything went so smoothly and was so well explained. Suzanne did everything to provide a such good experience. If I ever have any problems again, I will be sure coming back!

Today I took my 7 year old daughter to see Suzanne! My daughter was very nervous and struggles with anxiety, Suzanne was kind and extremely patient taking each step at my daughter's pace. We got the wax out and gave us all of the information for aftercare. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service! Staff are super friendly especially the young receptionist! Very pleased I can hear again even though my wax build up was very stubborn at letting go! Defiantly recommend!

What lovely staff. I was informed what might be the issue with my ears due to no wax and giving me a referal letter for my GP. Everything was explained in detail. I would highly recommend Pride Hearing.

2nd visit to finish my treatment. Super friendly and very efficient. Becky was very patient as my ear canals are very thin but she got there eventually and my hearing is so clear now. Great team, would highly recommend.

I wasn’t sure what to expect on my first appointment but I was made to feel at ease from the moment I walked through the door.
Everything was explained step by step through out the process.
I have got to go back for a free second appointment because the wax was solid and stubborn in one ear so not all of it could be removed until softened with olive oil spray.

This was my first time using Pride Hearing. Usually I go to Specsavers for ear wax removal, but after my experience yesterday, I think I'll become a regular customer here. The appointment times are much more accommodating, there's free parking, and the staff aren't afraid to show a bit of personality. Katie & Becky were honestly great. We had a little chat, they let me see what was going on inside my ear, and let me take a picture of what came out to satisfy my morbid curiosity without any judgement. They're definitely in the right job! Thanks for making what would usually be a mundane visit to the clinic somewhat fun!
