Absolutely disgusting human being, fooled me twice and no response which is a shame because the nails she actually decided to send to a friend of mine were lovely! But this person has taken £2,716 from an account instead of £16!!! Currently working with police on this but have just found out whose involved so hopefully they will have a shock tomorrow! Please do not buy from here, however friendly she appears to be by sending nice emails regarding purchases!

If I could do less than 1 star I would I bought these 13th of July 2020 it’s second of February 2021 I ordered these 7 monthes ago I didn’t get any updates about when they were coming just order confirmation I sent multiple emails no replies I can’t stress enough don’t waste your money

This is a scam!! Do not give them your money you won’t receive the products I ordered on the 27th of may 2020 and still haven’t received them or been given a refund! Please do not order from them!!

Please stay away from this company they are scammers and will take your money and you’ll never receive the product ordered in June still nothing even after contacting on all platforms just get ignored!!! Stay away from them!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered some false nails back in July for my birthday, they said they would take 10 days to be delivered. 5 months on I am still waiting for them! I emailed them dmed them on Instagram and Facebook but everything has been deactivated! Nothing but thieving scumbags!

I’m not surprised to see that other people have been scammed by this website too. It’s almost been 6 months since I ordered. I’ve contacted them more than 3 times and had no response. Please save your money and buy elsewhere!

DO NOT buy anything from here. Absolute scam. Never received my order and the website I ordered from is now unavailable and their new name is The Nails Club. I’ve contacted my bank, citizens advice and action fraud so if you have been scammed by them I suggest contacting them too so we can get them done!!

Stay away from this company at all costs they are nothing but scam artists, I ordered nails back in August this year and have still not received the nails and my money has been robbed. I never received a dispatch update email, so I enquired in September as to where the order was, thinking it could be delayed delivery due to covid-19. I had no response to this. Over the next few weeks going into early October I had sent more emails to their "customer service" saying I just want an explanation/update as to where the nails are, and have received no response whatsoever. To this day I have sent numerous further emails and yes you guessed it, have not had a response. Will teach me to read company reviews before I purchase anything online again. Please don't buy from these people they are total scammers and will just take your money.

If I could give it 0 I would. The whole website is a scam and embarrassing there still even aloud to have a website. Ordered over a month ago and have heard nothing back. Sent numerous emails and they don’t respond. Please please learn from mine and other peoples mistakes and don’t order from here. Doubt I’ll ever get my nails or money back.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Ordered nails in May and haven’t received 5 months later. No response to emails and doubt I’ll be able to get my money back!

Please avoid this site and any associated, I bought a set of nails from them at the beginning of Sept and I'm still waiting... no response to emails. Waste of time and money.

If i could give this service a big fat ZERO i would!! ordered 2 sets of nails... one came and LOOKED COMPLETELY DIFFERENT to the picture online.. sent an email and pictures explaining this, to which i had NO reply.. the other set NEVER turned up. Now 7 months LATER.. have no received an email saying other set are on their way?!
Seems a lot of people having the same experience. Awful service, just take your money and dont deliver the product (quite literally)
