Was going to order this after seeing advertised on FACEBOOK. A bit wary as the blurb didn’t make sense (picture showed lady with sister then next sentence it is with her daughter)!! Reviews on here are shocking - non receipt of goods, wrong colour sent, no money back guarantee (as promised) & not to mention unsatisfied customers who actually received the product! Believe this to be a scam!!

I had given Phoera cosmetics a poor review. They responded “to get it touch”. I used my login and my order history said no orders ; yet, I have the wrong color foundation in my home from PHOERA Cosmetics .

Apparently THEY are not serious about solving my problem and this appears to be a Scam company.

The customer service rep gave me the run around again and the entire customer service process has been incompetently handled.

I will not retract my complaint and now I believe they are trying to put forth a false front on the Trustpilot site.

The company I meant to review is on the url; GETPHOERA.COM. They marked themselves as phoera but are a scam site. I apologize for my confusion. Thank you for setting me straight!

My order has been delayed for more than 3 months . Probably you are cheating people by taking their money. I had sent an email to your support service and they told me that they would take care of it, but nothing happened. So, you are an untrustworthy company and I will take legal action .

Never received this product. Terrible customer service insisting it was delivered.. despite my camera and postal service having no record of it. After about 10 emails the very unprofessional Mujeed finally issued me a refund. My request to be put in contact with manager/supervisor went ignored despite multiple requests on my part. Feels like a scam and I'm reporting to better business bureau

Scam company, like the reviews say. I tried the product but it was so cakey and horrible. I tried returning under their 30 day money back guarantee but they refused. Said I had to return it in original condition and pay £25 postage. How is this a money back guarantee? Definitely don’t buy

I was about to order the peach foundation.

Arrived in good time. Covers well. The product transfers though and ends up a unsightly brown mess all over your collar

Dont go through this site its not the official one. They are shonky as f. Wrong colours sent out won't accept returns even if it hasnt been taken out of the package .

I ordered this MONTHS ago! I was first told it would be 2-4 weeks. Then I inquired, was told there was a tracking issue, product would arrive in a week or so. I just inquired AGAIN...still no order .
I believe this is a scam....do NOT order. It's a waste of time and money.

Got phoeras concealer not long ago and absolutely smells of chemicals and toxins and doesn’t spread properly and fair makes your base horrible and is just not good for skin .unimpressed and never buying from them again

Wasted my Money!! DO NOT buy from Phoera. I did not like the product (too heavy and matte finish). Once you open the product, they will not accept returns. And if you don't open one box, they will charge you $25 shipping to return it. They should sell small less expensive sample sizes, so you can try before you throw away $50. They ship from the UK, but they are Chinese company. Do not buy from them.

Buy your makeup somewhere in person that will accept returns.

If I could give nil stars I would. Don’t use them they tell you it will be delivered in days it then turns out to be up to a month. The price isn’t the same as the website either it’s a lot dearer

I bought a foundation bottle but after using it twice the pump stopped working. I wrote to them they only care about not refunding the money. Very poor customer care.

I was just about to order this foundation because of the MANY outstanding reviews on their website. Then I googled "reviews" and a whole different picture emerged. Everyone gave 1 star and would have given 0 if they could. What I'd like to know is how they get all those names and pictures of people saying it's brilliant when clearly it's NOT.

Terrible foundation. Just the smell of it says something is wrong. And when you try it on....it is like wallpaint in pigmentation. Stucks in evey line. Look 10 years older. Very hard to remove. When complaining to the company you learn it costs 25 dollar to return. And if you have opened it you can't return.

Another 1 star review that should have been zero stars. The product too a long time to receive (China? Korea?) I ordered it mid January and received it mid February, and it was so thick and gunky it wouldn't pump. The bottle was also half empty. You will not receive a refund but you'll get plenty of emails to re-order.

If I could give minus stars I would. Not answering emails now. They said my order was delivered on 30th January according to their tracking, but nothing came. Luckily I ordered through PayPal so am putting in a complaint. Stay away from them.

Falsely advertised regarding 100% return policy! How can someone know a product is garbage for them if they haven't tried it?? Where is the return address for an unused bottle? $25 return fee when it's stated as being 1.5 pounds to the uk? Refund, please!!!

The colour of this foundation IS actually as wished however the toxic smell from the product should be a red flag as to what's in this. Very strong paint stripper odour and it does not spread well, heavens knows what this would do to your skin/wellbeing!!

Placed order, got email saying it would be delayed, responded cancelling order, this was ignored and then got a dispatch notice item was on its way (all within 36hrs)! They dispatch substandard items so you then gave to go to the trouble of attempting returns process, which they have no intention of refunding your money.

DO NOT ORDER .... flushing your money down the toilet would get the same result .... just don't flush the product as it could do untold harm!! Dreadful stuff.
