Excellence service. This is the second time I have used Alex and his team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Communication with Alex was Great and reassuring.
On the day of moving Gabriel and Andrei worked incredibly hard with barely any break.
I can highly recommend this team.
They were also the best price I could find for a change of location move

WOW! Presidential removals, what a team!

Alex was amazing, we were not 100% sure of our move date, but Alex held our slot, with us only confirming days before the move.

We were moving from London to Lincoln and had delays getting access to our new house, but they were brilliant and remained patient.

Alex and his team, were super fast and efficient, taking care of our furniture, floors and doors, all our belongings arrived safely and put into the rooms of our choice.

Would highly recommend Presidential Removals.

We used Presidential on Friday 8th May. We found them to be Extremely professional, really courteous and very helpful. Alex and his staff dismantled and reassembled a few products, nothing broken nothing missing. I would highly recommend Presidential to anyone.

Amazing!! Made the move really stress free. They were super professional and would definitely use their services again. Highly recommend!!

Really positive experience with this removal company! Gabriel was on time and so efficient. A kind, can-do attitude. I’d been so worried booking a removal company because so many companies have poor reviews but Presidential lives up to its name, truly. I highly recommend this company if you want your possessions to be taken care of and your move to go smoothly. Thank you to Alex, Gabriel and team. ✨

I can’t recommend Presidential Removal Ltd highly enough. They were recommended to us by a friend, and they completely lived up to that recommendation.

Our move was far from straightforward, with exchange and completion happening on the same day, which could have been incredibly stressful. The team were calm, professional, and extremely organised throughout. They packed everything quickly and carefully, labelling boxes clearly which made unpacking so much easier at the other end.

They dismantled beds and furniture with no fuss, and once we arrived at the new property, they worked just as efficiently unloading everything. They reassembled beds, cots, and tables, reconnected appliances, and even took care to protect our new carpets with floor coverings, which was a really thoughtful touch.

With two young children, I honestly don’t think we could have managed the move without them. When complications came up, they offered practical solutions and helped keep us calm during what could have been a very overwhelming day.

As much as I hope we don’t have to move again anytime soon, if we did, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. Absolutely worth the money.

Thank you to Alex and the team

Moved the contents of a whole 1 bedroom flat from Watford to Manchester, and Alex and his colleague were absolutely brilliant! Moving is stressful and they did it in such a professional and quick way. Would recomend and will be in touch in the future if I need to move again!!

Thank you guys so much, you were all amazing. Did a fantastic job in a very short amount of time and with only 2 days notice.
When we move to our new house we will definitely be using you company again and for anyone reading this review I can’t recommend these guys enough. They made a very stressful day easy, they were so professional and did the most amazing job they dismantled beds and furniture and stayed later to get the job done.
I 100% recommend this company
Thank you so much guys for all your hard work

Alex and his team provided a first class service. They polite, efficient and professional. They made the house move stress free.

We were completely let down at the last minute by another company and, two days before moving, we genuinely didn’t even know if our move was going to happen. From the moment we spoke to Alex at Presidential, he was calm, supportive and incredibly helpful. He even did a video call with us straight away so he could understand exactly what we needed.

Alex had all of his vans out elsewhere but still went above and beyond to make it work — he found another van, organised a great team, and did absolutely everything he possibly could to help us. The team were lovely, hardworking and professional, and on the day everything ran smoothly. They were also very careful with all our furniture and handled everything with real care.

We’re so grateful — I would highly recommend Presidential and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Very efficient, professional & couldn't do enough for us! Would definitely recommend.

Once again great work by Alex and his team. He moved us 3 more times before and today was the 4th. Just Great work.

Alex and his team took the stress away from moving and were professional throughout. We went with their packing and moving service and it was excellent everything was packed with care. They were very accommodating in the quoting process too as our move date shifted a couple of times. Would 100% recommend.

Absolutely brilliant experience! They made what could have been a really stressful day moving from London to Cheshire seem easy. They took really good care of my furniture and were very organised and tidy. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Alex and Chriss moved my elderly father from London to Southampton in a stressful move late in life after living for 52 years at the same property.

Alex was extremely helpful and sincere from the first phone conversation I had with him, and I explained I would not be able to be at the pick up property as had to be at the destination end to see him in - however, the reassurance he gave me that he would take care of my Dad really put my mind at ease, and he certainly lived up to his promise.

He and Chriss worked very hard from a property up three flights of stairs and they were punctual, arriving right at the time they said they would. My 86 year old Dad said he gave a fabulous service at his end and he made a very stressful day go smoothly and without any concerns.I was at the destination end seeing Alex and Chriss in, and they worked incredibly hard and efficiently with great speed.

Alex gives a fantastic customer service, and he really does go above and beyond what he needs to. He even plumbed in the washing machine which is not something he needed to do, but is one less thing for us to have to worry about, and this act of kindness shows what a genuinely nice man he is.

I would have no hesitation in recommending his company as the level of care, reliability, price and overall service far exceeded what you would expect, and the stress of moving home is considerably reduced by his calm reassurances.

Thank you Alex and Chriss, you were my knights in shining armour, and I hope your business is always successful due to your hard work and committment

Very satisfied with the services provided THANK YOU
