Can not login
Can not login. Called twice trying to get my password so I can login. I try to do through the app and the website and it doesn’t give me options to reset my password. I can’t login to my account. I finally had to resort to setting up payment for PrePass over the phone like we did in the 90’s

I was never given the green light when I went passed a scale when called about it was told my truck was to long for bridge law which I know is not accurate

Good thing I have nothing to do with this company, Tuesday the 19 of September 2023 is was out cycling like I normally do and as I was at the light waiting, the light turned green and as I proceeded about 50%across a prepaid driver decided that he was more important to cut me off then stopped in the middle of the crosswalk due to traffic and blocked me from completely crossing with total disregard of my safety, leaving me in the street.I had to go behind him to complete my crossing and as I crossed he decided to make his right turn no blinker or acknowledgment of me, I slipped and scrapped my tire against the sidewalk trying to get around him on my $1300 bike. I have it all on my gopro.

I contacted them through their contact us section and received a phone call 1 week later. Today September 25 2023 at 11:30am that phone should me just much more that I am not surprised that this company and its customer service is garbage, the female that called me asked if I was interested in a application, I told her in the comment I wrote down I wanted to log a complaint of a driver, she said ok I will take you of the application process from our records thank you and hung up! I couldn’t help but laugh.

Did you try to locate the company that the driver is representing as well? They would be able to assist you further since the driver works for and represents the company.
Toll coverage is great, bypass not so much.
Toll coverage is great. Customer service is great. Bypass iffy at best; doesn’t work much of the time and the transponder has actually caused me to go into weigh stations because PrePass didn’t update my GCWR to the correct amount. Seems to be working okay now.
