The staff is polite but the whole set up of the
parking makes it inadequate. When we booked the parking it said to be 5-10 minutes ride from the airport. In actuality, it is around 25 minutes from the airport (but can be much longer if there’s traffic) plus you have to wait to be taken there and taken back (also adds an extra 10-15 minutes each way). Luckily we had lots of time, but reality was far from what we were made to expect when we booked it. We won’t book this again.

Moby drove us back from the airport today- he was ready waiting, helped with luggage and was courtious. Thank you. We've used this company twice now with no issues. Our car was left securley and ready promptly on return. Would recommend.

Good service, Moby picked us up from the airport and was friendly, happy with service

Moby was fantastic at picking us up after put long flight. Very friendly and good driver. Moby is a credit to the company.

Very well organised, good communication and speedy service. Thankyou. Would recommend 👌

Very good driver , very helpful and friendly. Moby

Easy to park, turned up early hours and the guy was there to take my keys. The Mimi bus was waiting too.
Got picked up within half hour on return.
The driver was lovely and they met me with my keys with a hand shake and smile. Will use again.

Moby, picked us up from the airport and this was stress free and simple just a few phone calls, also the travel to the airport was the same

mahbooob thank u 🙏🏻

Great service , neo was a great driver , really friendly 👍🏼👍🏼

Neo was an very friendly, kind, and welcoming person who looked after us during our journey.

Really friendly and professional. Would definitely use again.

The service was great and I’d most definitely recommend it! Arman was just so lovely and friendly. Lovely person to have a nice conversation with and had a bangin playlist too. Definitely gonna be booking with them again on my next trip 🫶🏽

Operated exactly as advertised. It was very useful being taken straight to my car after a long flight. Our driver was Moby who was friendly and punctual.
Great service.

Firstly, the drop-off experience (and the only reason this isn't a lower rating)... Relatively quick and easy to drop off. Checked paperwork at the gatehouse and were directed to the location to leave the car (we opted for self-park). Transfer vehicle was already there picking up another group, so we got to the airport without having to wait.
The return experience was something else though... Waited approximately 20 mins to be collected. The driver didn't help with our luggage, nor did he even open the doors/boot. The vehicle was clearly unroadworthy. It didn't have belts for all seats, and the ones it did have were frayed. When we asked him to help with the belt for our 7yr old daughter, he didn't know how to do it. The vehicle had lights all over the dash, and his driving was shockingly poor; it felt like he had never driven a manual vehicle before as he struggled to change every gear for the entire journey. I thought the gearbox was going to drop out at any moment. He was also on his phone for the majority of the journey, which was extremely concerning given the state of the vehicle and his driving.
Upon returning to our vehicle, there were used needles on the ground around the car, which was massively concerning as this was meant to be a secure car park.
We certainly won't be using this service again and would advise others to avoid it as well. The lack of professionalism and safety concerns were alarming, and it overshadowed the otherwise smooth drop-off experience.

Very efficient and helpful in all aspects. Considerate and accommodating particularly when travel plans needed adapting. Highly recommended

Very reliable - great location and easy pick up and drop off. Arman was lovely and drove well
