Good customer service. Their only problem is that Premium Paint uses FedEx as its courier service, which is shockingly bad. I never received my item but get refunded in just few days.

Hi Nigel,
We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the finish of your driveway, but we must respectfully clarify the details of your interaction with our team. Our records show that we have not ignored your emails; our representatives, Kay and Jack, responded promptly on the very same day to review your photos and investigate your query.
As our technical team explained in our email correspondence, the shading symptoms present on your block paving are highly typical of trapped moisture beneath the surface barrier, rather than a product defect. When sealers are applied in warm conditions (such as the 25-degree weather you mentioned), the top layer can skin over and cure rapidly, sealing in latent ground moisture beneath it. This prevents the sealer from breathing and leaves a dark or uneven finish.
Regarding instructions, full technical data sheets and step-by-step application guides are hosted digitally directly on our website product pages for all trade-size 20L drums. If an application issue or a suspected product variance is noticed immediately upon opening a tin, our guidelines always advise stopping the application immediately and contacting support before proceeding across a large area.
We remain open to discussing technical remedies that can help break down the trapped moisture and balance out your finish. Please continue your correspondence with Jack through your active support email thread so we can assist you with the proper next steps.

paint tin was busted on arrival, paint all inside cardboard box, lid bent with approx 1cm gap, securing clip still in place on one side but the other in box so I didnt get to actually use the paint as it went straight into the bin but at this price point this shouldn't be possible

Hi Sheila - our prices have unfortunately had to rise slightly since last year, this is in line with the increased cost to ourselves.
We continue to do our best to offer competitive prices for high quality products.
