I have a bunch of short hair sticking up at the front of my lace. It looks like the hair was over processed and broke off. I would never sell or even mail out a wig of this quality to someone..y’all need to check these units before mailing them out

I ordered just before the pandemic started and while it caused significant delays they stayed in touch with me every step, offered a refund but I was willing to wait for the supplies needed to make my wig. It is absolutely gorgeous and I will definitely order again. Thank you so much for your hard work.

I am so baffled at how trash this company is. They send horrible wigs and refuse to give a refund. The customer service responsible told me to not shop with their business again because I said that will not accept a 20$ refund on a 152$ purchase. PLEASE do not shop at Premier Lace Wigs if you do not want to be ripped off. I understand that we are in a pandemic and that times are hard for a lot of business but good customer service is the list you can do. So extremely disappointed.

Service was great... you have to keep ion mind the time difference, when corresponding. But the wigs are EVERYTHING!

I purchased a 16 inch colour 4 wig in small. They send me a colour 2 wig more like a medium. Meant to be indian hair but feels too thin to be indian and it's very very stiff and dry.
They argued continuously that they dyed the hair to 4 that's why it was dry?? And send a photo of what colour 2 looks like arguing it is 4. The picture they send of colour 2 is EXACTLY what I got. So they proved me right. There is no plucking on this hair as advertised either. It looks so fake just like a 70 pound aliexpress wig no different.

I ordered from premier wigs before but I have never been so dissatisfied. I ordered 2 curly wigs which cost me over $400 and they won’t stop shedding, one of them got so stiff after one wear and the other puffed up in the back like a cheap wig. I warned my daughter he also purchase from premier to stop because these wigs are not the same anymore.

The wig is perfect for my head. I have a small head, it came in small size. The hair is just like I got a perm.i love the lenght.the cap is comfortable.i will order another one in the future nice discount. Thank you

The hair is pretty but the curls in the front aren’t as curly as the curls in the back so I wouldn’t purchase this wig again.

The wig tangles so badly! I have been a customer since 2008 and I have never been so disappointed The cuticles are badly laid and not the same directions. You can tell by the way it tangles after you untangled it. Horrible Horrible Horrible 😡😡😡

It has been months and I still have yet received my refund. I was told if I canceled my claim with my bank they would refund after concluding the package was lost. I wouldn’t recommend this carrier or company . Whoever the carrier was signed my INITIALS and marked this package being delivered. I would have never sign my initial if I received it I would have signed my actual name !!! This company is a lie and scam. I am a single mom and now have been ripped off my last bit of money and months later no reduction . I have emails from this company EVEN stating the carrier lost the package and if claim is canceled refund would be processed. I am going on all social media and tv if I can to spread the news that’s way no one gets ripped off. Order #20200715132133. I am done with the company and just want my money back

Not as pictured. Very thin, probably 90% density nowhere near150% as ordered.

This was not my first purchase from this company.usually the product is good quality, but not this time.

The hair was just as advertised. It came in a timely manner. I will definitely order from them again. It says a lot for me, because I don’t usually comment. Very pleased with the hair and service!
