The whole experience was great except the booking fee. I only need to use the breakfast club on one off occasions so the booking fee is almost 50% on top of the session charge.

My son has a blast at Panda Club, the staff are brilliant, they are not only fun, but also very caring towards the children when they get upset/hurt themselves.

I am happy because my child comes back happy from your place, and I want all parents to feel the same way.

Open on time aways, friendly and welcoming to new families. My son enjoys his breakfast and talks about his morning, and his carers helping and guiding him even at the feeling a little overwhelmed when the club started getting busier with older children

Really 3 1/2 because the staff are amazing but my children eat pasta and cheese or cheese toastie as the snack/dinner time meal.
If the meals were better it would certainly be 5 stars.
My 2 children love the extra curricular but are normally starving coming home.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with the administration/customer service has been disappointing.

I contacted the company regarding an invoice for payments I had already made. I understand that invoices are issued on a particular day and that staff have other responsibilities to manage. However, when I followed up because I had not received the invoice, I found the response unnecessarily defensive and confrontational.

I was told that I was being “very unreasonable” and was reminded that they deal with hundreds of parents and have “a huge amount of emails to plough through”, as well as other tasks, and therefore have to deal with certain requests when they have time. While I completely understand that staff are busy, I don’t think this is an appropriate way to respond to a customer who is simply asking for an invoice and trying to establish when it will be provided.

The invoice was eventually sent, but the issue for me was the way the communication was handled. Being told that I was “very unreasonable” for following up on a straightforward request felt unnecessarily dismissive.

I believe customers should be able to make a reasonable enquiry or follow up about a payment without being made to feel that they are causing a problem. A busy workload is understandable, but that should not come at the expense of polite and professional customer service.

I hope the company takes this feedback on board, as better communication and a more respectful approach to customer enquiries would make a significant difference.

My child enjoyed waterbeach after school club with Mr Maynard and Mr Briggs. He had a great time.

First time booking my daughter in for afterschool club. She’s a new reception starter and so we thought she would be quite nervous having only been at school 2 weeks, but she was made to feel really welcome and came out buzzing asking if she could go again! We need the after school to be till 6 pm like other schools as finished work 17:15 and running to collect the kids 17:30

My children have had any amazing time with Premier so far. Ricky has been supportive of my children. They always talk about the activities they do with her.

I only removed a star as I feel as though it could be a little bit more inclusive for SEN children

The staff are friendly and engaging. My 4 year old has just started and he loves the wraparound care, they’ve made him feel very welcome.

I have been incredibly impressed with the wrap around care premiere education provide. My son loves it, in particular the sports activities. The staff have already got to know him well and he has only been doing it for a couple of weeks.

Easy to book, but dates need to be released earlier to book for the upcoming month.
