They offer a varied range of activities each week, provide a balanced breakfast. They are all kind and caring, taking time to get to know the children and their interests

Oliver really enjoyed building a blade, because he knows now how it looks and how its supposed to be made

First time using the wrap around provisions. Easy to book via the website and received booking confirmation straight away.
Children were a little nervous to going to a new provisions but greeted with a super smiley, happy leader who welcomed them in and they were so happy. They commented it was best part of the day and can’t wait to go back? Thank you!

Staff are good and kids love it. However the specialist provision is far from that - football - they don’t play properly for example. Gymnastics - they’re just running around. Further, the booking system is designed to charge parents the maximum - 1) Need for cancel a session? Fine - but you have to move it to another day 2) Need to book day by day due to needing to flex the schedule - fine but we’ll charge you £1.25 per booking so it’s £1.25 fee if you book 1 session or 10 sessions. It’s really poor form given the cost of childcare.

Great kids are happy in breakfast club

I am very pleased with the Premier Education for the care and support to my child. The staff have been welcoming, friendly and supportive. I feel confident knowing that my child is in a safe and caring environment. Thank you for looking after my child so well.

Great service my child loves it and has great fun

The whole experience was great except the booking fee. I only need to use the breakfast club on one off occasions so the booking fee is almost 50% on top of the session charge.

My son has a blast at Panda Club, the staff are brilliant, they are not only fun, but also very caring towards the children when they get upset/hurt themselves.

I am happy because my child comes back happy from your place, and I want all parents to feel the same way.

Open on time aways, friendly and welcoming to new families. My son enjoys his breakfast and talks about his morning, and his carers helping and guiding him even at the feeling a little overwhelmed when the club started getting busier with older children

Really 3 1/2 because the staff are amazing but my children eat pasta and cheese or cheese toastie as the snack/dinner time meal.
If the meals were better it would certainly be 5 stars.
My 2 children love the extra curricular but are normally starving coming home.

Kids had so much fun

Unfortunately, my recent experience with the administration/customer service has been disappointing.

I contacted the company regarding an invoice for payments I had already made. I understand that invoices are issued on a particular day and that staff have other responsibilities to manage. However, when I followed up because I had not received the invoice, I found the response unnecessarily defensive and confrontational.

I was told that I was being “very unreasonable” and was reminded that they deal with hundreds of parents and have “a huge amount of emails to plough through”, as well as other tasks, and therefore have to deal with certain requests when they have time. While I completely understand that staff are busy, I don’t think this is an appropriate way to respond to a customer who is simply asking for an invoice and trying to establish when it will be provided.

The invoice was eventually sent, but the issue for me was the way the communication was handled. Being told that I was “very unreasonable” for following up on a straightforward request felt unnecessarily dismissive.

I believe customers should be able to make a reasonable enquiry or follow up about a payment without being made to feel that they are causing a problem. A busy workload is understandable, but that should not come at the expense of polite and professional customer service.

I hope the company takes this feedback on board, as better communication and a more respectful approach to customer enquiries would make a significant difference.
