Our simple four step process makes it super easy to recycle and sell your unwanted gadgets to Preloved Tech;

Step One: Instant Online Price
Simply visit prelovedtech.co.uk and locate your device from our extensive catalogue. Select your devices specification and condition from the grading options and get and instant price.

Step Two: Pack your device
Once your sale is confirmed we will send you a FREE shipping pack to send in your device(s). Simply pack it up and fix the shipping label to the front.

Step Three: Post your device
Once your device is securely packed, simply drop it off at your local post office. Royal Mail will then safely transport your device to us for testing.

Step Four: Receive your payment
Once we have received and tested your device, you payment will be sent via the method chosen when registering your sale, either PayPal or BACS.

Great experience all the way through

From start to finish the website was easy to understand and use
Selling my iPad took minutes
Labels to send off arrived within days
E mail to say the product was as described and that payment would be in my account within days

Great from start to finish

Great from start to finish. Got a very good quote for my old phone, asked for a prepaid envelope, arrived pretty quickly. Sent my old Phone of the next day and within 10 days got paid. Marvellous

Contacted preloved tech via compare site they sent me prepaid envelope notified when they received notified when phone was being check and notified when payment was due and voila within 24 hrs in the bank great service 👍

They fulfil their promises

They fulfil their promises. I have used other companies in the past who pay less than they quote. So I was pleasantly suprised to receive the promised amount quoted and quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Contacted Matt at Preloved Tech about a replacement iPone Xr and once again he’s come up with the goods having previously had a 6 and a 8s from him. This phone is exactly as described A1 condition and honestly it looks brand new . A fantastic prompt service and amazing value for money.

Dodgy

Dodgy. Firstly an as-new iphone miraculously had 2 chips on the case when it arrived that were not there when it was sent. Make sure you take pics before sending anything. Secondly agreed on a price of £36, they only sent £35. Use someone else.

Thanks for your review, we do encourace honesty in customer reviews and the very few 1-star reviews are carefully assessed to ensure we maintain our very high standards and are replied too with the same level of honesty to bring balance to the review.

I have looked at your order, and I can see our technician did note some cosmetic defects to the device which were communucated to you with photos in an email. We did have to downgrade the offer price to £36 in line with the condition, as you correctly stated, and we also offered to send you device back completely free of charge if you didnt agree with the revised offer so you werent out of pocket. We never hold customers to ransom, hence always offering to send devices back free of charge.

You accepted the regraded price, and this was paid the same day. I have checked the bank records and can confirm an error in payment and £35 was sent to you instead of £36. This was purely a miss-key by our finance team, the missing £1 will be sent to you when the office opens.

I do apologoise that on this occasion the process hasnt gone smoothly for you, and we will use this case to provide further in house training for our team. Customer service is of a high priority to us, hence our very good feedback score across all platforms.
