Precor Home Fitness Omdömen

No problems with the elliptical and fast delivery.

Everything was great from when we walked in the door to receiving our new treadmill.

Great experience all the way around from ordering to delivery and installation.

I’m very happy with my buying experience and with my new elliptical. Thanks Gary!

Bought my eleptical recumbent bike in January. Very happy with the equipment. Thank you so much Peter for all the help! Excellent customer service!!!
Jeanine.

Exact item delivered much sooner than projected. One part was found broken but was replaced by manufacturer within days. Love my Waterower!!! use it almost every day. Definitely worth the money!

I was ready to purchase an Elliptical machine, did my research and found places that sold the one I was looking for. The one thing that steered me to Precor Home Fitness at Stevens Creek were the great reviews of the store, the equipment and the staff (Mark and John). I dealt with Mark for my purchase. He was all that the reviews made him to be, 5 stars. He is very knowledgeable, patient and provided the specifics on all the elliptical machines in stock and that they carry but allowed us to make the decision. We received the machine on the date promised. Unbeknownst to me the installers stripped some screws on the main panel. The reason I found was due to a service visit for a non functioning heart rate monitor. The HR monitor was fixed. The technician told me about the stripped screws but did not know if the store would replace the entire panel for stripped screws. They did and everything works fine. I am thinking of buying another piece of equipment and you can bet that I will buy from this store.

Fast delivery. Great price.

I couldn’t be happier with the excellent service I received at Pecor Home Fitness. The sale rep was very knowledgeable. I left the store very Confident I made the right purchase. I will definitely return to Pecor for other fitness needs.

Straight forward transaction. Received product quickly and it was less expensive than other sites.

Excellent experience shopping for and purchasing our WaterRower machine. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store.

Matt demonstrated expert knowledge and guided us to the recumbent bike model that was most appropriate for our situation.
We will return to Precor and this store for our next piece of equipment because of the quality equipment...and Matt.!
Thank you.

Happy with the product. I’ve used this company before and I am pleased.

Couldn’t be happier with the customer service, helpful knowledge, and all around great teamwork from Susan and the rest of the employees. If you want to get healthier/stronger Precor is the shop to go to! We absolutely love our home gym!!

The staff were courteous and worked with me until we found the right piece of equipment that met my needs

Very helpful salesman.
Excellent service and delivery.

Very knowledgeable staff. Fit me with the right product for my needs.

The staff is knowledgeable and a great help

I wish they would have told me that the electronic control panel was being shipped separately. I was not happy, at first.
Communication was great when I told them I could not find the panel and they informed me it was coming via FedEx to prevent damage. All in all they were great.

Heather is one of the best associates and helped us patiently to decide on an excellent choice for home gym. She is very knowledgable. And is able to help compare various options customized to our needs.
