Do not buy from this company
Just had my car in the garage to a noise on the front near side wheel and on them tightening with a torques wrench, a stud from the spacer has snapped clean off. Only had these spacers on for less than 2 months and were professionally fitted. I contacted the customer support in which has took no responsibility for a faulty product of theirs “we sell thousands of this item a year without any issues as such we are very confident in the quality of our product”. But instead assured “we are absolutely 100% happy with the quality of the item”. They also say the issue was to do with “fitment” not their product. They have been unhelpful as anything but to assure “100%” for a product is impossible. The only way they have “100%” quality is because they brush all the complaints and faulty products away and not ever take accountability for it.

The silly people are trying to report reviews and flag them and pretend they aren’t true. Maybe they are trying to turn it around but it’s TOO LATE. You have been far to unprofessional and given me the absolute most shocking service that I will continue to let people know about it.
Ask their so called manager about how he spoke to us and swore at us on the phone and continuously hung up on us.

Do not use this company, They sent me the wrong part after clarifying that it is the right part for my vehicle with the registration number, and after fitting doesn’t work, they are now saying that because I fitted it they will not send me the correct part or a refund.
