Have used Prai Neck and Declotage cream for last couple of years and LOVE the feel of my skin. Definitely works and leaves it firmer and more toned. Have just bought upper arm cream as have lost a bit of weight so giving it a try. So far feels lovely and silky and smooth

I have used these products for at least the last 4 years and my chest neck eyes and face are still looking great compared to my sister who is three years younger than me.
Another thing the décolleté and neck serum is absorbed so quickly and easily you don t have to wait long to put the cream on . I use the products daily at night and in the morning. Such great value too

I ordered 2 items Ageless Throat & Decolletage and Ageless upper arm creme. Only the upper arm creme arrived, although payment was taken for both items.
I have contacted customer services twice to find out when the rest of the order will be delivered. They have not responded or even acknowledged my email 😡

Love the Prai products and always use their neck serum and cream. My neck is soft and I’m sure it’s better for using these products.

I ordered the neck cream which I have been using for a few months now and it truly makes a difference. It is smooth to put on and helps with the dryness straight away. I also ordered the cream to help with crepey skin but it is too soon to say whether it makes a difference. But it feels very rich and smooth so I am hopeful! The order arrived quickly and was really well packaged in a cardboard box with shredded card inside and I had an update to say it was being delivered by Royal Mail.

I have been using Prai products for well over a year now and I can't rate them enough. I turned 60 in 2025 and have always tried to take care of my aging skin and I love the sun so it needs lots of moisture. I love the neck and decotage cream, MenoGlo day moisturiser and Ageless Eyetight Uplift Serum - all of which I use daily and my skin feels and always looks glowing. I've tried lots of other products and they are consistently good (non-greasy). Just wish they had a wider range such as a face or eye mask, face wash and everyday face tonic (limited stock). Price is comparable to Clarins and Clinique which I've also used for several years and I much prefer Prai.

Usual first class service for a first class product

I love Prai products. Especially the Ageless Day and Night cream. I had two friends with Birthdays and treat them both to the Duo pack.
Prai also have many good offers on, these are for newbies as well reoccurring customers.
This time I am also trying Ageless eye care products.
The orders come well packaged, the delivery service is efficient.

Easy to navigate site, great value, and a fabulous product.

I’ve been purchasing Prai Menoglow moisturiser and night cream for a few years and love the products. I’ve tried various products but find these creams suit my skin. Both creams feel so soft and are absorbed into my skin to make it feel hydrated but not greasy. Nowadays I rarely get spots or blackheads and I’m convinced it’s down to the Prai Menoglow range.
I find the order and delivery process very efficient and normally receive my items in 2/3 days.

I just love there products . I have the face cream, throat &decoulage and arm cream.
It’s lovely to use , not greasy and absorbs well into your skin .

Unfortunately very bad experience. I've been using it for 4 days and both upper arms are covered in a nasty excema rash. If you have sensitive skin i would not recommend it. My arms look terrible now.

The neck and throat firming cream works well. I am very happy with this product

As a woman in her mid 50s experiencing the MENOPAUSE!! I’ve been using the MenoGlow products for a while now and the difference in my skin is amazing. Really helps with my overall skin health, the dryness and skin sagging. The cooling gel is so nice on hot menopausal skin! I also received the décolletage night & day neck cream as a gift for Christmas and I have seen a real improvement since using it.
