This is the 2nd purchase, as I really appreciate how improved the skin on my arms is since using it. It has such a luxurious look with it's lovely shiny lid, I leave it permanently on my dressing table.

First order was smooth and easy. Product arrived on time. Lovely product.

All products I have tried - and some kept for my routines - do what they say:
Neck/décolletage cream was the first one that I swapped for the serum. Both are fantastic. I have mature skin, wrinkles in neck have not disappeared but have significantly softened
Arm cream: works great
Leg serum: haven’t been able to get hold of that one yet 😊

These neck creams really work! Lines have diminished, and jawline has firmed up. Great products. Am going to try the arm product now.

I have used the Prai upper arm cream for a few months and my skin feels softer but the creepy skin is still visible but definitely improved.

This leg serum is the best , l have tried many doesn't come off blends easily evens out your legs washes off your hands no need for gloves the best l have ever used would highly recommend thank you PRAI you got this write 😀

After having fat-loss injections under my chin, the skin on my neck became noticeably loose and saggy. I tried several products and treatments, including collagen treatments, but unfortunately, nothing made much difference.

I then decided to try Prai's neck treatments, and I was pleasantly surprised. I noticed an improvement quite quickly, and my neck now looks firmer and smoother. I'm really pleased with the results so far.

I'll definitely continue using these products and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to improve the appearance of their neck. They have worked very well for me.

Nine days after placing my order, I still hadn't received it. To make matters worse, I was invited to leave a review for an order that hadn't even been dispatched.
The order follow-up email advised customers to contact them via Instagram if they had any questions, so I did. I asked where my order was, only to be told to email instead.
When customer service eventually replied, they simply said, "Sorry about the delay, it'll be sent tomorrow." That meant, at the earliest, I wouldn't receive my order until 12 days after placing it, despite the company advertising 48-hour delivery.
I also asked why there had been such a long delay, but that question was completely ignored. I followed up by email to ask again, and never received a response.
I understand that delays can happen. What matters is how a company deals with them. A sincere apology, an explanation, and some reassurance would have gone a long way. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a complete lack of communication.
As a result, I had no confidence that I’d actually receive my order or this wouldn't happen again, so I requested a refund, which, ironically, can apparently take up to 10 days to process (so they'd have my money, £86, for over three weeks but never even actually sent the goods!)
Unfortunately, they've lost my custom. A little courtesy and honesty would have made all the difference.

Bought from M&S been using over a month now has made no change in my neck at all waste of money as this is quite expensive,found no difference to my normal moisturiser which was a lot cheaper by twenty pounds

Great products good delivery service the day and night throat and decolletage are softening my skin and fine lines after several months usevam now trying the upper arm products too which seem good after a few weeks use.

Prai neck and décolleté cream is a beautiful texture, really easy to use and absorbs really quickly. So easy to add to my existing skincare routine and even after a short time I’m really noticing a different in both skin firmness and texture. No hesitation to repeat purchase
