I got a great pc from them, and it's been working great for the past 4 years! It Even still looks nice after so long! I'd recommend them 100% for your first time getting a pc or even just getting a new pc in general!

My PC is a monster. Perfect out of the box. They expertly helped me when I wanted to change some settings, walking me through everything.

I ordered a custom gaming PC from PowerGPU about a month prior to this review and financed it through Affirm. I've sent multiple correspondences and a web‑form ticket asking to cancel because I purchased a different system elsewhere. As of this review's date, the company has:

1. not acknowledged any of my messages,
2. provided no shipping confirmation or tracking, and
3. left the Affirm loan active, putting the first payment on my calendar.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend PowerGPU. In my opinion their customer‑service process fails basic expectations of responsiveness and order‑management transparency.
