Found and fixed my PC battery problem.
PC would not charge well or stay charged even when plugged in.
PC seems to lose battery power if not plugged in faster than I thought it would, apx. 1% per minute, but it charges when plugged in and maintains power if PC shut down and not plugged in. They did what was asked them to do in a timely manner!

My experience was very good
My experience was very good, more than I expected! Chris came out as promised , on time! After reviewing my home, he made suggestions as to what ai needed….. letting me know that I had the option to go with his suggestion or I could lessen the cameras, No Pressure!
We came up with a plan that suited me and my budget!!
Working with Chris and his team was very easy, honest and forthright!

Reid's Computer is my go to for my computer needs in Reidsville. Chris and Charlie are so helpful. When I explain my problem as I know how to, they can understand what is going on. If I call them they may can help me or tell me I need to bring my issue into the shop. They are a reliable and friendly business.

Chris Reid of Reid's Computer Sales & Service, his staff are top notch group of people. Stopped by his office to discuss a new camera system and some new computers. Chris came out to our location (on time and on schedule) for an assessment. I had some ideas as to where I wanted the cameras installed, Chis made some suggestions of his own, as to where to place some of the cameras. We made some changes and he drew up a small diagram as to his thoughts. We agreed, cameras where ordered.
Once again, Chris Reid Computer & Service, and his staff are top notch. I try my best to shop local, sometimes you just cant! In this case Chris changed my thoughts and my mind. You just cant get any better than this. "Great Service!" With that said, If you need a camera system or a computer, Reid Computer Sale & Service is the company you need to call. A great company to work with
Chris was great to work with, he took my computer and wiped it clean to make sure no virus was on my computer, and then reinstalled everything back on it after scanning them to make sure they we're good.
He then installed an antivirus software on it, to hopefully prevent problems in the future.
