Customer service is absolutely amazing with this company, I’ve always bought power cuts stuff but just this once I had a problem with a pants, once I emailed the customer service team the problem was sorted with prompt responses. I really couldn’t fault them at all!

I recently bought from powercut. There was an issue with a top I bought and the Customer service team were top class. They responded to my query very quickly and efficiently. There was no issue with replacing my top and the replacement was shipped straight away.

Ascend 1/4 Zip Fleece Dark Burgundy, lovely quality, disappointed with colour more brown than burgundy

I purchased the green fleece about 3 weeks ago. The quality is poor and the inside of the fleece is piling and looks very shabby. I contacted customer service who advised there was nothing they could do and it was not a quality issue. Would not purchase anything again from this company

I have been shopping with Powercut for years now and I love their products. Sculpt are my favourite leggings, great quality and fit! I also love their crews.

I am obsessed with the flares; they are the comfiest item of clothing I own and I can't wait to buy more in the new colours!

Customer services are always really helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend Powercut, a passionate brand with lots of gorgeous options to choose from.

I placed an order on the 28th of September, never received a shipping email so followed up on the 1st of Oct, they said the was a high volume of orders… grand. Received my order in the 2nd. Sizing on fleeces was off so returned the next day the 3rd. Tracked it and it took DPD till the 7th to deliver. Now I have to wait another 10 WORKING DAYS for them to even process the return never mind get my money back! Absolute scam artists! So I will be lucky to receive my refund a month after I purchased it! They take your money quick enough and say 2 day delivery but are left waiting with no explanation. Avoid!!

Customer service was fantastic love their crew neck sweatshirts vibrant colours and wash really well. Just waiting for a black and royal blue to come back in.

Customer service is excellent and clothes are such good quality as well. I had an issue with my order which was resolved quickly and with great care!

Great service , quality product and fast delivery

This is a poor quality fast fashion brand. I bought a pair of leggings and generally did not wear them too often as I have a number of gym clothes to alternate. They ripped at the crotch and when I went to get a return or refund they did not provide either as they claimed I bought the leggings over 6 months ago and they consider the rip “normal wear and tear”. For this brand to think that it is normal for their clothes to rip after 6 months highlights their lack of dedication to providing good quality clothing and inexcusable ignorance to the impact that fast fashion has on the environment. I don’t think it is reasonable to charge €45 for a pair of leggings that the company will not take accountability for the quality of their product after 6 months.

I am leaving a one-star review due to the misleading return process at Powercut. I made my first purchase from Powercut because of the advertised free returns policy, ordering multiple sizes to ensure a good fit. However, when I initiated the return process on their website, the only option presented was to use my own shipping method. Consequently, I used An Post and paid €9 for a traceable parcel.

I received a return confirmation email that mentioned a second return option via DPD courier. This option should have been available on the website from the start when making the return claim. The process feels deliberately convoluted, pushing customers to use their own return method, thus saving the company the cost.

I chose Powercut to support an Irish business, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I will not be making any further purchases from Powercut.
