Powercut has gone downhill in how they treat their staff in the last year, this is obvious by their extremely high staff turnover. - (Also just to be warned that some of the reviews on here have actually been done by employees having been asked to by management previously)

Many past employees have aired their grievances on "glassdoor", If you care about how companies treat their staff I would recommend reading those reviews before purchasing. The quality of the clothes is also going down, just overpriced fast fashion.

I purchased a few items for my daughter from Powercut, she loves them & the quality is great. We did have an issue with a zip on a top so I contacted them & was so pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service especially from Danielle who went above and beyond to sort this issue for us. Will definitely be buying more Powercut items in the future

I have been buying Powercut products for a few years now and the quality has always been great. I was surprised to receive a pair of jogging pants with a tear along a seam and got in touch with Powercut to report it. Their emailed response was prompt and courteous. Once I sent on photos of the damage and the tags they promptly sent on a replacement. Their customer service is excellent and Danielle in particular was a star.

Excellent fit maternity leggings. Comfortable around the bump and room to grow as well.

Great shorts, slightly shorter than I expected from photos.. rode up a little during a spin class but otherwise excellent, high waisted, thick material, squat proof. Got compliments on them too. Will purchase again.

We have purchased a good number of items from power cut, leggings, bra tops, tank tops and fleeces. We have been really pleased with them overall. We had an issue with a seam unraveling on one top but customer service, especially Danielle, were amazing. So helpful, courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend products and brand.

Great customer service…so efficient and friendly via email!

I buy clothes from powercut frequently and I’m obsessed with the quality. The leggings, half zips, sports bras and flared pants are my go-tos and I have over time collected these in most of the colours available because I love them that much

I ordered the wrong size sports bra today and realised it straight after I ordered. I reached out to the customer service team and received an automatic email saying id hear back within 24 hours. I thought that’s a fair time frame for a response but my order would probably be shipped by then. Powercut is stocked in some Dunnes stores, so I just thought I’d exchange the sports bra for the correct size when it arrived since it was completely my own fault for ordering the wrong size
However within 50 minutes of sending my original email, Danielle from the customer service team had reached out to let me know that my order had been updated and I was going to get the correct size. She was so lovely to deal with and was very efficient in fixing my error.

Update of order was very fast. I ordered two extra pairs of a fabulous trousers from Powercut. But when I ordered I accidentally selected the wrong size. I emailed the customer services team straight away and within just a few hours they updated my order.
