Excellent advice and very friendly service from the girl in the Liffey Valley store.

I still have not received my order

I loved these leggings wore them mostly everyday in different colours

Ordered 3 fresh pairs for Christmas and the material has changed it’s cheaper not as comfy and there was tread hanging from the bum area
Also when I bend over they are more see through now the original material was fab so comfy and you couldn’t see anything when you bend over.

My friend agrees who also wears them every day
Won’t be buying again :-(

First time ordering from Powercut. Really impressed with fit and quality of materials. Unfortunately, on the first wear I noticed an issue with stitching. I contacted Powercut customer support and was very impressed with their responsiveness and customer service - arranging a replacement item within a few hours of contacting them (on a Friday evening).

Ordered from Powercut & was absolutely delighted with the quality of the items received! 😀
Made a second order to get presents for my friends. Contacted customer service to change a size before the order was shipped. It was dealt with so speedily & efficiently. I ❤️ this brand!

Has anyone had a problem with returns, Could not get link to work - then cannot print label as saying wrong order number - have the invoice right in front of me so I know its not wrong ? On the good side item delivered quickly just a shame it’s too big!

We visited the Liffey valley store where we greeted enthusiastically by the sales guy who couldn’t help us enough and was really lovely and later he told us he was one of the owners of power cut. He helped us find our sizes and was very helpful. It was a great experience. Well done and it’s an Irish company. Products are true to size. Good luck for future

Still haven’t received my order from 2 weeks ago. Emailed to see if they could help, after already asking an post to help. They told me to get in touch with powercut.
Dealt with Danielle who didn’t even read my email properly and just told me they were busy and to get in touch with an post!!
Wish I had of read reviews here before buying.
Better sticking with 4th arq, quick postage and helpful staff.

Great company to deal with. Had a small issue with my order and it was dealt with immediately to my satisfaction. Great selection of clothing.

I ordered but never received my item. After a week and a half I emailed inquiring about my order and my query was answered straight away 🙃. Another item was dispatched straight away and I received it two days later. Mistakes can happen but the speed and efficiency of customer service was amazing sorting it out

Unbelievable customer service. A big shout out to Danielle from the customer service team who went above and beyond to help me locate an RnG1 jacket for my daughter. My daughter is a huge fan of Powercut. The quality is always second to none. The RnG1 is a fabulous jacket with all the additional bits that elevate it from an average jacket - namely thumb holes, zipped pockets and lovely venting at the back for cooling down post workout or runs. These wash really well. We wash on 30 with no conditioner and hang to dry. Apparently using conditioner on sportswear reduces the ability of the fabric to wick moisture!

All good , good quality clothing , I bought the tek/pac male joggers perfect fit , only issue I had was the navy where out of stock in small so bought the black
