Beautiful numismatic pieces
Excellent pre- and post-sale service, fast shipping, and careful handling.
Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail in the precious metals.

I initially had a very frustrating experience due to delays and poor communication regarding my order. There was also some confusion between customer service, eBay, and the payment process, which made the situation much more complicated than it needed to be.

However, after the issue escalated, Antonello personally contacted me, reviewed everything that had happened, acknowledged where the communication and customer service had failed, and took responsibility for finding a solution.

He was extremely helpful, transparent, and professional. He took the time to explain exactly what had happened, made sure my situation was properly resolved, and personally followed the case until we found a solution I was happy with.

I also really appreciated that he did not simply dismiss what happened. We discussed the problems with the communication, and he made it clear that they would pay attention to what went wrong so similar situations can be handled better in the future.

Mistakes and communication problems can happen in any company. What matters to me is how a company responds when something goes wrong, and in this case PowerCoin made a real effort to take responsibility and make things right.

I am very happy with how the situation was ultimately handled, and my opinion of the company has completely changed because of the way Antonello stepped in and resolved everything.

Five stars for taking responsibility, listening to the customer, and making a genuine effort to fix the problem. I would feel comfortable purchasing from PowerCoin again and recommending them to others.

Overally I have to say, that Powercoin is one of the best coin shops in the world. I appreciate reliability, perfect customer service, communication and wide selection of modern world coins. Also periodical sales and rewards are something what makes my purchases exciting and coin collector’s soul happy.

Friendly contact and fast delivery. I ordered more than once and was always very happy with my order!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have had an excellent experience with Power Coin.

I recently purchased the **BURNING DOMOWIK – Slavic Bestiary 2 Oz Silver Coin 1000 Francs Cameroon 2026**, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The website is easy to use, the ordering process was simple, and communication was clear.

The coin arrived securely packaged and in perfect condition. The quality exceeded my expectations – the craftsmanship, selective gilding, Black Ruthenium finish, and UV printing make it a truly outstanding collectible.

What I appreciate most about Power Coin is their impressive selection of exclusive modern collectible coins with limited mintages. Their prices are competitive, shipping is fast, and the packaging gives confidence that valuable collectibles will arrive safely.

I highly recommend Power Coin to anyone looking for unique, high-quality numismatic collectibles. I will definitely purchase from them again.
