Very disappointed in the quality. Bought the Versa Loops. Liked them until the green loop snapped 4 months into using it. Power Systems would not send a replacement as the warranty expired after 3 months. I do not recommend this product.
I used to use this place a lot many years ago to buy stuff for my health/wellness studio. Somehow I lost contact with them. Recently I purchased a bar pad, and the pad is not safe to use with clients. It moves around the bar, even know my studio has bars they say it works on. Upon further inspection I noticed some white wording on the outside of the pad that had been highlighted over with a black marker. It is now 12 days after I paid to return the item and still no refund. This business wouldn’t pay for the return postage, so I had to pay $18 to have it sent back. Lastly, I have been in contact with a lady at Power Systems, but that appears to not help.
First, of all... after I get my order email, I double check the address, and I see that they only have my address listed and not my apartment number. So, basically they write back telling me they sent it to the address that was given to them etc. Keep in mind, I input my address during the order. So, now you're trying to tell me that I PERSONALLY forgot to input my apartment in my address on an almost $1k order!?!? In the history of ME I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE LISTED a wrong address when spending MONEY. (PERIOD!) So, that's the first thing. (Insinuating the customer made the mistake) REAL GOOD for business guys. Sure, no problem. So then I'm inconvenienced to have to go pick up the order after having it shipped to FedEX local to be PICKED UP. Now, keep in mind I have some HEAVY equipment that I ordered, but yet the package total said 30lbs? So, I'm thinking that sounds light for 2 boxes. Low and behold I get my first package that was delivered, then I get another notification an hour later to go BACK and pick up my other package. So then I get there, and there's a small box and I'm thinking to myself - why is this box so small? I ordered battle ropes and some weights on top of the other equipment, why is this not in the box? I THEN go back to see the status of the order and LOW AND BEHOLD the Battle ropes were LISTED as well as the WEIGHTS, but all of a sudden the WEIGHTS had a TBD for in STOCK!?!?! 1st of all, I did NOT ORDER THESE while they were out of stock, I ORDERED THEM BECAUSE IT SAID IN STOCK! So, was there any communication on power systems part to say HEY we messed up!? NOPE! Of course not! And what happened to my ropes!? that I paid for!? That didn't say TBD!?!? okay, cool no problem! So, now not only will I send these items BACK I will expect a FULL REFUND Or you all will hear from my lawyer. (Period)
