The portraits turned out beautiful it was more than I expected. I had asked for the hair to be a different color and you did it then i asked for my eyes to be more green and you did that too. Your company goes over and beyond. Im sure I will be getting more portraits done in the future. Thank you so much for what you do.

This was so fun choosing pictures of my husband and I in different backgrounds! I did the pic with a horse just me and 2 Santa and Mrs.Claus ones with my honey! I will print them soon! I LOVE THEM! Plus last year I did another one by myself as Wonder Woman because sometimes I have to be wonder woman to get stuff done!

The reason I am giving 3 stars is because I still have not received my finish digital image x 2. I approved them on 12/19 & 12/20, but no email in regards to the finished product. I reached out on 12/24 with no response.

However, in regards to the timely manner of changes and the download images, I was very satisfied with. I give this part of the process, 5 stars.

I loved that I could send a picture of the wife and I and have them put it on a different scene. I got the Viking scene and Santa scene for the wife's birthday. She loved them It was easy to pick a pose, upload the picture and then anxiously await the arrival. It was a real surprise for the wife and as I said we both loved them

I love your portrait! I’ve already bought three — they’re fantastic. I bought two for myself and then started getting some as gifts. The person who received one was ecstatic! The only reason I’m giving it one star less is because the price is a little high… but honestly, it’s still worth it!

I realize it was a push to get pictures to us before the holiday, but I would have liked to have one more review before final printing.

The print came out exactly like the picture. I had it framed and it is currently hanging on the wall in my foyer. These people promised a great product and they delivered just that. I will be using them again for gifts to other family members.

I can't speak highly enough about the experience I had with PortraitGifts and the beautiful custom canvas portrait they made. I initially ordered a canvas for my son and daughter-in-law for their anniversary gift, buy when they received it, they thought the company made a mistake and sent them a canvas of people used in their advertisement.. It was not the reaction I expected or wanted because they showed me the canvas on video chat and I really thought it looked like them? I was so sad but decided to reach out to PortraitGifts and explain my situation. I was very embarrassed and felt terrible even reaching out to them because I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings or make anyone think that they did a horrible job with the portrait they sent because I wasn't. After explaining my situation they were kind enough to allow me to either have the same portrait modified to my liking or to select a different picture, but pnly pay the additional cost for a new one and to keep the one they sent even though I offered to return it. I decided to select a different image of my son by himself and then I also ordered a single image of my daughter-in-law that I paid for in full. These two portraits looked amazing and when my son and Daughter-in-law received them, they were thrilled. That was the "Wow Factor " I was hoping for. I can't thank PortraitGifts enough for their kindness and understanding and for making this gift one that my son and daughter-in-law will treasure forever. I highly recommend this company and will be sure to recommend them to everyone I know. I look forward to song business with them again. Keep up the good work and have a blessed day.

Canvases arrived quickly. Beautiful high quality. I ordered 2 more after. Highly recommend. Support is great if your having a problem creating your gift
