Portrait Gift

The company did well producing their product. I ordered 3 different subject portraits, digital copies. On one of them the bridge of the eyeglasses showed through. I didn't catch it until after I had it printed locally. When you begin the process it's hard to see the portrait behind the watermark, wish it was lighter.

Canvas

I love the clothing/scene options available. The product is great, I love my canvas. I could have/should have ordered a print and done the canvas locally myself for under half the cost.

Great customer service

I loved the portrait we received but I especially appreciated customer service. The mail carrier at one of the transfer locations said the box was empty amd there was nothing to deliver. Well portraitgift.com customer service got back to me the same day and issued a replacement promptly! Plus, customer service was very kind.

Also, I had several edits i wanted to try in my portrait and they took care of each edit quickly until I got the perfect edit I wanted. They were great

Excellent

Amazing...the options of pictures were amazing...easy to change anything in picture...fast delivery...presents for my sons and they loved them! Highly recommended

Worth the wait The first second and third print…

The first second and third print generated did not even resemble the photos I sent through. I am happy however with the final print that came through it looks great. As long as you let them know they are happy to make requested changes until your happy with the portrait. The final quality of print and paper was very good but I did have to cut it to fit the frame as it wasn't exactly the size ordered. If your not confident in doing this it could be a problem. All in all very happy with the end result.
