I've ordered from this company several times. The pictures are always beautiful, and their customer service is fast with a reply and they are very kind. These canvas pictures make wonderful gifts!

It was a really easy process, your able to preview everything prior to purchasing, giving you to ability to view your photo on several different pictures and then your able to make changes, like cleaning up something on your photo or changing the color of the hair. I had a portrait made for my niece and her husband and they loved it, it came out perfect, I would definitely do this again.

The communications were great and customer support spot on. The product arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner.

We used our Santa and Mrs Clause for our Christmas cards. They were a hit!

The photo I chose from several options is perfect for our country home. My kids couldn’t believe how beautiful the picture printed out. It is framed with a matte and looks like a million dollars. Thank you for taking 40 years off of us and putting us into a scene we would have loved living in. So fun!! Everyone who knows us recognized us right away. Thank you for the fun. ❤️

Shipping was fairly quick considering the time it would take to put it all together. About 10 days. When I received it I couldn't believe how awesome it was. I had to laugh on how realistic it looks. Bought for a birthday present. Can't wait to see his reaction. 😁

Perfect canvas of a fantasy depiction of loved ones.

I love the accuracy of the photos- they look like the subject was actually there. My family even asked 'how did you do this? I don't remember being there/dressed like that?!'
-The cost was a bit much. I would order so many more if the cost was less. Appreciate the discounts.
-I wish it was easier to pull up my purchases/purchased download-able shots. As it is, I have to hold on to a single email with a death-grip tab in order to access them. So, Perhaps a more manageable site?
-They were framed well! Shipped well! and arrived within reasonable time. Made GREAT Christmas gifts!! The hardest part was not showing them earlier!! So hard!
- The likenesses were sooo on-point. Some eye issues, 1/2 glasses on face turned in bags-under-eyes in one of our shots. The requested adjustments went well, a little dark, but well done. The colors on the prints were wonderfully executed! My adult son, as a king, even asked- 'Do I look Like that?' We ALL agreed he did. Very good likeness! He almost cried.
- I would continue to fill orders if lower price, it is the only thing holding me back.

Quality is top notch. It was very easy to order with step by step instructions. The hardest part was to pick which one I wanted to order. It took about two weeks from ordering to receive the portrait. I will definitely order from PortraitGift again.

I cannot say enough good things about the canvases I ordered! They are perfect! I even made a change of hair color on one and it didn’t hold up the process. Absolutely amazing! They were the biggest hit at our humongous Christmas! Thank you!

The custom images came out great. They even recolored my wife's hair and eyes to be more accurate. She absolutely loved them when I surprised her for her birthday!

This is great fun to put family or friends in a totally different way. I've bought 2 of these pictures now and will no doubt I will use it again. It's so clever and so easy to use.
