The ordering process was fairly easy for the end user but unfortunately the digital file was sized in a way that I couldn’t use for printing myself. Customer service was very attentive and eventual got me what I needed.

The company answered emails quickly and were helpful in changing aspects of the picture with skin and hair colour etc. I didn't like the initial picture that I chose, because when the word "sample" was removed I could see that my mouth looked a little odd and not like mine. They were happy for me to choose an alternative picture and adapt it for eye and hair colour.

Very easy to navigate and use website. Terrific product and super quick response to edits when requested. Wife absolutely loves the picture. So do I.

Portraits came out excellent. The minor details made them even more impressive

This was a super fun experience! I provided selfies of both my husband and I, and they transferred them to neat portraits. I did notice that some of the options looked nothing like us. Possibly our faces were incompatible with the face types. Turns out we needed to be Vikings, not Elves! As part of the purchase, I was able to give instructions, like "make the eyes blue and the hair more red".
