Second time I have used this service
Second time I have used this service! Super easy and you get clear updates/phone call on want is happening and when. Cheaper is you book on non premium days and didn’t check anything to compare pricing but I was happy with what I paid. I was able to book an afternoon delivery same day when I found myself in a jam so I was happy!

Good value and would recommend the service
Very helpful communication from the staff at Porta with organising collection and delivery. Followed by more great communication from the delivery driver. My items were delivered safe and sound the next day. An added bonus is that the service is helping to reduce harmful emissions with the shared deliveries. Good value and would recommend Porta Delivery.

Paid for 2 man pick-up and delivery but only one person arrived for pickup. Occupant at pickup address miffed by chest of drawers being dragged over his carpets.

Good comms from the driver once I booked a slot for pick up - friendly when he came to the door, and photo and video sent for proof of delivery. Reasonable cost, booked on a Saturday for Sunday pick up and delivery 300 miles away

Collected and delivered on the same day, and kept me informed at all times. Excellent to have the couriers name and telephone number so that I could contact him direct. Very simple booking form on the website, much easier to use than a lot of the other courier firms,

This was my first time using the company. It started off well, but the moving partner who initially took the job wasn’t up to scratch. I contacted Porta, and within minutes they had resolved the issue and arranged a new delivery. Fantastic customer service from Mike — and I even received my delivery a day earlier than requested. Excellent experience with Porta and I never normally leave reviews! So easily to book, extremely reasonably priced and Jordan who delievered was possibly the nicest man ever. Have used Porta twice now and both times it's been great.
