I have been a repeat customer for a few years.

I have been a repeat customer for over 4 years. My order is always shipped within a day or 2 and shipped Internationally in a timely manner always arriving intact without hassle or delay. Products purchased (English & Bears Own) are always great quality and last a long time.

Very good and rapid service

Very good and rapid service. Only disappointment is that they don't provide a collection service - I live near to their premises and could easily have made a collection and saved on delivery.

Always fast service
Would be 5 stars and I understand the complexities of the card companies not allowing payment, however that just makes things slightly awkward as a consumer . Otherwise 5 stars all day.

What more do you want? Maybe if they had a handsome man deliver them and sample them with me I’d give an even better review. But we can’t have everything

Never received items. Tracking says it shipped but a week later and nothing received.

You have not contacted us before writing this review? We do not know if your address is correct or there is Anouther problem as this is first we have heard of your problem? We have fulfilled over a million orders on PoppersRus over the years. If there is a problem with delivery we will always resend or refund you we need to be informed first however that there is a problem by email not on trustpilot

Trustworthy And Reliable

I have purchased from them on several occasions and like many other customers, I was a little concerned about the payment card refusal. The follow up email and instructions for bank transfer payment again can cause a red flag. If the company knowingly is aware that credit/debit cards won't be accepted, then perhaps they shouldn't be listed as a payment method in the first place. With the little rant over and all that said, the follow up communications and delivery/packaging have always been good. They have a well priced, extensive and mind blowing choice, (pun intended). Based on my experience over several orders, they are a professional and trustworthy company.
