You order one thing and they send you something else, then, when querying it they try and convince you that it’s the same product just different packaging. They don’t know what they’re selling.

Ordered on the Monday and the product arrived in under 24 hours, brilliant.
There's an issue that Mastercard/Visa won't accept payments and as soon as I attempted to pay with a card I received ab email telling me that Mastercard/Visa won't accept payment as they believe that the product sullies their name!!
I panicked and thought scam, but when I checked my account all was okay.
I then paid by transfer very easily.
Maybe signpost potential customers to trustpilot to read reviews that will warn of the card issue and stop people worrying (if there is a link on your site now I'm sorry that I missed it)?

I ordered items from this company expecting them to be delivered in 2-3 days, its been a week and no delivery. I emailed them as there is no contact phone number and was told that someone had attempted to deliver the items but there was no one in. I know this is a lie as my wife has agoraphobia and doesn't leave the house. I had an email with a tracking number on so I went on to Royal Mail site to track my parcel. The tracking number revealed that it had been signed for at a collection depot in Swindon, I live in Wolverhampton. I rang Royal Mail customer services they told me the address and name were totally different to what I gave them and the probability was that the company had sent me the wrong tracking number in the first place. This company is so hard to get hold of to sort the problem out. I will definitely not be using them again.

This is my first time using this company. I have to say I was impressed with the web site and the speed of placing the order online.
The CC was a problem but the info sent by e mail to get over it was excellent.
Delivery was quick and packaging very good.

The experience from here is usually spot on but the past 2 orders have been late, they no longer send you your tracking link so have to ask and they haven't replied to my emails when I've asked about my last 2 orders. I have also paid for next day delivery a few times that haven't shown up on time. Will give it one more go before I find somewhere new.
