Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Made a mistake in shipping address tried contacting immediately after placing order. No phone number... sent emails. Response next day telling me it was already shipped and nothing they can do. Wasn't true..It didn't ship for another 3 days.

Se trata de una estafa. Parecen una compañía seria pero yo fui estafado por ellos y siempre me han contestado rapido pero sin resultados. Mi dinero está en sus manos y yo nunca recibi mi producto. No se dejen enganar ni permitan que a otros les suceda.

Impeccable customer service
So I actually had a user error my pop cards arrived and they weren’t working and come to find out I never put the link to my page to get the reviews! I emailed pop card and got a response from Liz IMMEDIATELY and she continued to help me and get my cards up and going at 11pm. Now if that’s not customer service I don’t know what is!! We have bought pop cards in the past and recommend them for any business looking to boost their customer feedback. But you go with pop card because of people like Liz.

Stay away crooks
Worse company ever. Never got my card they sent to wrong address when I specifically change address. Do Not Use Then they want you to pay $1.00 to talk to customer service??? Are they out of their minds!! Please Do Not Use this Fraudulent Company!! You’ll pay for your card and never get it!!! It was even still in there facility and they said they could.t stop it and Id have to go collect it from the wrong address... even though I told them when I ordered it the billing address was still my old address but shipping was new and gave it to them. More lies.
