I received a case with a little scratch. I took pic and emailed Poomelo. They replied me on the same day and replace me a new one. Thanks

Ordered a phone case for £16 noticed, after purchase, that the same phone case was available on AliExpress for £0.76, I contacted poomelo to raise my concerns, they assured me that the product was different, although the photos appeared the same, and of better quality, what actually turned up appears to be of lesser quality - I have been completely ripped off, and they are not replying to my emails

by mistake i ordered the wrong cases, but they have been great and are going to send out the correct cases.
the cases i received seemed very good so i am sure the correct ones will be the same

Son unos estafadores, su negocio consiste n ofrecerte productos de terceros que ni tienen, te ponen para que pagues el producto haciéndote creer que es suyo y cunado tienen los datos de tu tarjeta te mandan al vendedor real para días después cobrarte 38 euros en concepto de suscripción mensual pro ofrecerte productos que no van a ningún lado.

Así que evitar dar sus datos a esta empresa para que no te puedan estafar, porque cuando les reclamas te dicen que en sus condiciones de uso esta, pero cuando tu realizas la venta no existe esa información y cuando intentas cancelar antes de que pase el tercer dia siempre se hacen los locos.

SCAMMERS. Do not buy from this page. A very unpleasant experience. What is in the return conditions is all a LIE. I wanted to return the product, the reason was asked and that's it, they don't even send you the return address, and no one will answer you within 24 hours, as they promise in their return conditions. Not to mention that you have any hope of getting any money back. On top of all that, they are literally THIEVES. I accidentally placed the wrong order and also paid for it. I immediately ordered the correct product, which I also paid for. They received money for the incorrectly ordered product, which they have not returned, but they canceled the order. So I have no product and no money. And I was left with the cover, which I don't want because it doesn't meet my expectations... there's nowhere to send it back either.

This site doesn't even deserve the 1 star rating. DO NOT waste your money at this store. My order said 6-11 days for delivery. It has now been 30 days and i still haven't received it. I've emailed them asking for a refund with no response. This site is a scam!!

I had problems with my case and the person I was in touch with replaced very easily ! No hassles at all . Now the case I got works perfectly and I’m happy with it .

Mein Produkt Handyhülle s24 war ab dem ersten Tag defekt. Kein Magsafe, der Magnetring ist nach nicht mal 24h rausgefallen. Totaler Müll.

Dann an Paypal gewandt, um die Bezahlung zu stoppen. Doch es wurde trotz der Fehler zu Gunsten des Händlers entschieden. Auf Anfrage wurde mir das Rücksenden an eine Adresse gewährt, die irgendwo in China sitzt und mit Sicherheit kommt es ohne Versicherung und Unterschrift nie dort an... also MUSS ich für diesen Müll auch noch bezahlen. Ärgert mich maßlos...

I don’t know why these reviews are so negative.
I have dropped my phone a million times and no issues and being able to have my ID and bank card with me all the time keeps me from losing it and keeps my Wife from yelling at me.
I have now ordered two of them.

They charge me 16 pound for slim iPhone case . Rubbish even worth 2 pound and stick out not the same size like phone. Completely useless.

Primero me dijeron que mi dirección estaba incompleta, la corregí de inmediato y confirmé que estaba bien. Aun así, marcaron el pedido como “entregado” cuando yo nunca lo recibí. No hubo intento de entrega, ni aviso, ni paquete.

Cuando reclamé, su respuesta fue que si quería que me lo reenviaran debía pagar más gastos de envío, a pesar de que el error no fue mío. Esto demuestra falta de responsabilidad y un servicio postventa inexistente.

No ofrecen soluciones reales, no cumplen con lo prometido y trasladan el problema al cliente.
No recomiendo comprar aquí si quieres evitar perder tu dinero y tu tiempo.

They sent me the wrong case for my iPhone pro max.
I received one for iPhone 15.
I have never had an iPhone 15.
They offered a small credit for their screw up.
I asked them to send me what I paid 33.00 for not a credit.
Have not heard back from them

What a scam they have going on there.
I would not recommend you buy anything from these scammers.

I received a phone case with a manufacturing defect. Although the issue was subtle, it was clearly noticeable to the touch and likely to worsen with use.
I contacted customer service hoping for a replacement or solution, but was told to wait until the case actually broke and then I could request a 50% coupon. Frankly, this feels like a careless approach to quality and customer support.
