It was easy to order the part that I needed for my filter. It had a competitive price and arrived promptly, which was good because I couldn't run my pool pump with the old leaking part.

Delivery was quick & cost was reasonable. Product is good.

I like buying from this store. I can find what I want at a good price and it's delivered right to my door. I hate having to go to the pool supply store and interrupt my pool cleaning routine.

I ordered a 16x40 solar pool cover, received a couple of backorder emails, but it ended up coming in a reasonable time frame (from Dohenys actually). Unpacked it, unfolded the end and pressed in some grommets to hook up to our reel, then covered the pool - the length was a bit short! After a week of letting the cover flatten out on the pool, I measured the length as it was still short. Turns out the cover is only 39' 8" long. It astounds me that in today's world I received a poorly sized product, whether deliberately or through a simple human mistake.

All products arrived quickly and fit our pool good.
Will definitely use yall again.

I received two pool liners from this company, both of which were defective. Both of them ripped at the seems. The second time it destroyed a pool and trust me these people will not help you. They will not give you a 100% refund at all. I’m out a pool as well as $400 for a liner. Biggest mistake I ever made was buying anything from them.

I purchased a sand filter from them on May 9th for $644. The box arrived partially open and the manifold was dislodged and the unions were missing. I contacted customer service, they told me they needed the part number. I said can’t you look it up, she said no. So I called the manufacturer to get the proper number and called back. Ok, we’ll send them. Ten days later, no parts. I called back, the next agent said, no, they weren’t ordered. So she did. Two days later I called back, the next person said, no they weren’t ordered! I tried one more time, it’s now June 11th. I gave up! I’ll never buy anything from them again!

Received diving board very quickly.
Unfortunately, the hardware to mount it wasnt enclosed. After much runaround on the phone ,hardware was finally received 3 weeks later. In the meantime, I had gone on line and purchased another set from manufacturer.
Very disinterested customer service.

I bought a solar cover and the product is as exactly described. Cheaper price than anywhere I researched. I am thoroughly pleased and will be back for the closing kit.

Easy to order,large selection at a fair price.

Fast shipping great products ..only issue is when I hooked up the pump it leaks around the gasket where the motor meets the straner basket where it was put together at factory..think I may have it fixed ..other than that it was an awesome experience

I ordered a robotic vacuum in late winter in anticipation of pool opening. It came quickly I put it aside till it was time to open pool. When I went to use it, it was missing the fine debris filter that was pictured and described in the product listing. I contacted them, they sent a whole new unit before I had the chance to say no. Figured once it came I would pull the filter out and return it. It came and no filter in replacement as well. When I contacted them again, they said, “we will contact manufacturer and see if a replacement filter was available” after waiting a couple days, I asked how that was going, got the response, “it’s a China sourced product and we are waiting to here back” they then offered me to return the first one for store credit and pick out a new vacuum. I responded with, “No I will return it for a full refund” that was 4 days ago and radio silence.

Pool Supplies had the correct solar cover I needed. Once ordered it arrived in a timely manner. I will be ordering from Pool Suppliers Superstore in the future for my above ground pool.

I ordered the hayward pump on Thursday June 1st 2023 . The ordering was easy i ordered online so I did not talk with anyone. It turned out that my pump was not broke so I called to cancel, the man I spoke with at the call center had a attitude and just not real friendly. I told him that I wanted to cancel the order as it was still processing his response was I can't cancel till the package is shipped. THIS MADE NO SENSE TO ME. I asked again to make sure, I heard correctly . So on Friday it was still processing Saturday the customer service number said that are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday the pump was delivered. I called today Monday June 5 2023 to get the return label this is when they informed me that I had to pay to send it back. I HAD TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING ON A PRODUCT I TRIED TO CANCEL. The rep today told me that I have 5 to 15 minutes to cancel . I will not buy from this company ever again for anything.Be cautious when making a order you may still have to pay for the product even when you cancel or follow customer service.
