easy to find what i needed. people are friendly, and knowledgeable. good customer service. I would refer others to them for purchases.

The pool cover has completely disintegrated after one year of use, the warranty is a joke. Customer support is rude. Highly discourage buying from this company.

Update: Your reply request we call you. We did, we spoke to a person who didn't care about our problem. Your customer service is a joke.

The unit was received with the bottom damaged. The capacitor inside was cracked. I installed it and it's working as if now..

Received my pool cover in a timely manner well packaged and boxed. Installed immediately which is so great in preventing water evaporation, the color blue makes the appearance appealing to the eye.

First year to I buy and I really happy my delivery alway in time I live in New Jersey

The delivery never showed 20 days later and I have tried repeatedly to cancel the order only to be put on hold forever. Bait and switch. Do not buy anything from them!

I purchased an item on a Saturday, I called early Monday morning to cancel the order. Said I couldn't because it was already in process but I could put a stop order on it which would simply return the item to them at the first FedEx shop. This was what happened. I have been waiting 3 weeks to get the money put back on my PayPal, evertime I call I get a good run around first then theyvend up saying give it a couple of days. I have called every week with the same results for going on 4 weeks now.

The product was fairly priced, arrived quickly, was just as promised. It didn't work as expected (defective?), but the company replaced it with a second one. That one worked better after some adjustments and pump vac. reduction. I give then a Very Good Rating!

I sent an order online but immediately realized the pool pump was incorrect. I called to cancel the order before the store closed but was sent to a phone line that no one picked up the phone. Tried again store was closed. Website says you can contact them anytime. I tried their customer service email and got no response. Also replied to their order confirmation email. Next Day I got a notice that a shipping label was printed. I called again. I verified the label was printed but the pump was NOT shipped. Customer Service refused to cancel the order. Worst customer service ever. I will never buy here again. Item will be returned and dispute filed on credit card.

Stay far away from these people. They also do business on Amazon and sell inferior products. Bought a pump from them and it didn't last a year. They want to pass the cost of a new one on the consumer all the while your pool will be out of commission while you wait on them. Stick with local people you can trust with better made products.
