Not impressed with service
I placed an order in December. This did not arrive. I contacted the company and they said it must of got lost and they will resend it but they were out of the colour I picked so I chose another one. One arrived but the other didn't I had to ring for this 3 times. They eventually found it in the warehouse however it wasn't what I ordered they again said it was out of my other cour so again I had to pick another colour that I didn't really want. I eventually got my order 2 months later but wasn't exactly what I wanted I found this frustrating as I went to them because of there reputation. I will not be ordering from here again.

I only use polypads on my horse
I only use polypads on my horse. They are really well made. Delivered promptly. Colours are beautiful. Cannot rate them highly enough.

My PolyPad was delivered 1-2 days later.
PolyPad is exactly what i asked for, great fit, good quality, value for money.
Made in the UK is a bonus.

The best saddle pads....
These are by far the best saddle pads I've used. I have some which are probably 15-20 years old. They seem to fit well under different types of saddle, don't rub or slide back and they wash extremely well. I recommend them to everyone! They seem to disperse weight a lot better than other brands and suit sensitive horses. Happy horses, happy saddler and happy owner!

Black Friday purchase
I love PolyPads products but didn’t really need another pad so buying one on Black Friday was win win! My new pad arrived really quickly despite there being postal strikes. As always the quality is brilliant and I love the colour combination.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!
I have always used polypads on my horses and when I decided to change and bought shetland ponies I was delighted to discover they did small pads too!!
Not only do the pads offer excellent protection the look super smart and come in a wide variety of colours! The pads wash really well and truly stand the test of time!!
The customer service is second to none. I ordered the pad on the Sunday night and it arrived on the following Friday!
If you don't currently own a PolyPad now is the time to invest!!

Slow delivery
I made the order and received a confirmatory e mail on 18th October 2022, I rang to follow up the order on 2 November and was told it would be despatched that day which it was although no apology for the poor service. The product itself was good quality
