Polymershapes customer service and after sales interaction is absolutely terrible. Unfortunately we made a big mistake in using them and are in the process of cancelling our contract.

I wouldn't do business with a company that hires racists to represent them. Imagine if you're of a different race or color, they would probably screw you over.

Wish I could give zero stars. How can you hire such racist a**holes. Do better!

As a business owner this company needs to do better. Don’t hire or keep employees who are going to misrepresent the company.

Just saw some uniformed employee launching verbal RACIST attacks to people on the street. I wonder if he represents the companies values and feelings !! Shame

HR of any reputable company would provide training on when and where company apparel should be worn. I was disgusted to see such a hateful and racist display from one of their employees, but what really concerned me is that he felt comfortable displaying such poor behavior while wearing his company polo. Speaks poorly on the company.

A company who stats silent in the face if obvious racism. Silence is complicity.

I can't a will not support a company that hires racist men that give threats to a nationality that is not the same as he is it is deplorable. It's 2025 and America should no longer be racist and allowed to say things to other human beings in the manner that he did I hope you truly look into the young man

I am writing to formally complain about the appalling behavior of one of your employees during a recent incident. While celebrating Mexican Independence Day, my friends and I were unjustly ticketed for displaying our flag. To our shock, a member of your staff confronted us, launching into an aggressive tirade. As young people proudly
representing our culture and those who are unable to do so, we were deeply disturbed by this individual's actions, which included escalating the situation to the point of near physical violence. Fortunately, the police intervened and removed the employee.
However, it is entirely unacceptable that a representative of your organization would engage in such a hostile and threatening manner towards minors peacefully celebrating their heritage. I expect this matter to be addressed with the utmost seriousness.

They employ racists we are a company based in Dubai looking to sign up a company supplying composite materials for a large project. Then we came accross a certain Kyle David Kania on social media ranting racist things on social media we absolutely can not be seen doing business with people or a company like this shame really they had what we needed at the time

Monterrey Mexico location have the worst service they can, they dont deliver on time (by long) and they dont even give any answer. when you are buying they are very nice, but once you pay they dont care about your purchase

What an amazing service by Ryan and his stuff today ! Old school, straight tot he point and the ONE stop service ! Quite refreshing after all those/usual excuses (Do you have an appointment? Call me to set one. Email me and I'll get you a quote. Come tomorrow. etc...). The true service story. I was looking for some UHMW sheets, found them, got serviced immediately. The way it should be! Highly recomndable place, nothing but good words ! Keep going that way Ryan...THANK YOU !
