They are scamming over here. Scammed me out of $274 DO NOT trust them.

THEY ARE SCAMMING OVER THERE!!!

Ordered 2 frames over 2 whole years ago and haven’t received anything and haven’t gotten a refund. My emails get no responds. SCAM!!! These people are thieves and I can’t believe they’re getting away with it.

Order on hold. Their "Agency" wanted more money to release...Do not deal with these clowns..complete rip-off!!!

4/25/23 order number: 512-SO42443, never received my order or the option to get a refund, my last email contact with polymer 80 on this issue was back on April 9 2024 but haven't heard from them since! I get they got hit hard in the courts with the ATF but that's no excuse to steal from your customers!

Still waiting for a refund or ship my order, a gentleman got mad at me he block my user name for me not to get access to my orders and thanks god I have a pictures a hard copies.

Took my money for a "presale" and sent emails for almost a year promising to make it right. When it was too late for me to do a chargeback they deleted all of my account info. Scammers lied to me, dont give them your $, they have done this to MANY CUSTOMERS and will rip you off too.

Ordered three items a year ago. Received 1 of 3. No response from customer service via phone or email for a year now. So no product and no refund. Worst company in the entire firearms industry I've ever dealt with.

In May 2023 I placed an order for 1 compact frame and jig combo and one full size frame and jig combo. I received the first shipment for the full size combo just fine but never received the order for the compact combo. In Nov 2023, after several months of delays, I asked them to cancel and refund. They immediately cancelled the open order but have never processed a refund. Sad to see companies treat customers this way. While I really like their product, I can’t support this company.

Order 5/1/23 8 months $500+ order and no reply. Dont know whats going on. Ifvthey justbrefund my$ id be happy. Good luck

Never received my 80% lower. They said it would be two months out. At 5 months, I contacted customer support. Got the runaround and excuses. Tried again at 6 months. Same thing. At 7 months, I filed a complaint with the BBB. Without consulting me, polymer 80 just refunded my money. Great product but you’ll never get it. Basically, they’re just running a fraud at this point. Will never purchase again. Why would I? It’s never going to be sent.

Even though everyone knows how great polymer80 is already. Waited almost 5 months for my sub compact complete upper to ship out (well worth the wait) and it got to me pretty fast from Nevada to Florida. So happy that I can now finish my first build. Thank you guys for the insanely awesome Black Friday deal. It was worth the wait. Let’s keep our freedom alive! 2A all day!
