Placed my order for new shorts and sports bra with Pole sweet pole, received my confirmation of my order and another email to confirm that my package had been shipped with a royal mail tracking reference. Super fast and easy process. With items being true to size and as described and expected. Many Thanks
Amazing company and clothes!! I recently ordered from them and one of the items were a pair of shorts. I accidentally ordered as size small when I would have preferred a medium. I left them a message on their website asking if they could ship a medium instead but didn’t expect them to do this. My computer refreshed and I didn’t see a response from them. The packaged arrived today and I was expecting to see a small pair of shorts in the parcel. To my delight, they had shipped me the medium instead like I asked. Customer service is outstanding, which is very rare these days!! 6/5 stars :) very happy, will definitely order from them again!
