Polarstep c'est génial !
J'ai découvert Polarstep il y a 3 ans, lors de notre premier voyage en Chine...et après quelques tatonnement, j'ai trouvé l'expérience vraiment interressante, bien entendu cela prend du temps de poster et des photos et de pondre des textes, mais nos amis au retour nous ont vraiment soutenus et poussés à recommencer l'expérience, et nous avons été surpris du nombre de personnes nous ayant suivi, alors que nous ne nous en rendions pas compte au cours de ce voyage ! Et nous avons réïtérer cela l'année dernière durant notre long voyage en Argentine et au Chili
De plus, nous avons commander ensuite les albums issus de nos photos et textes, et là aussi nous sommes archi content du résultat, c'est vite fait, il y a à chaque page la température et le temps qu'il faisait, la qualité de l'album est parfaite...l'expédition rapide, seule bémol, mais pas très grave...j'aurais souhaités des options pour modifier le fond de l'album, et quelques autres pour pouvoir rajouter des cadres, des émoticones etc...et je regrette aussi le fait que je travaille avec un bel appareil Canon, et que je ne puisse pas utiliser mes photos également et que ce ne soit que via le tél. mobile que nous puissions les transférer, au risque de perdre encore bcp plkus de temps si je devais le faire par mon Canon ! mais une fois encore le résultat est parfait et nous fait gagner énormément de temps !

Excellent way of recording trips
We have been using PS for 5 years, most recently for a campervan trip in France and Spain. It is a very easy way of sharing journeys with friends, tracking and recording our travels. The travel books are of very high quality, delivered very quickly and will provide wonderful memories to look back on.

Thanks for your feedback, and we’re sorry this issue has been affecting your experience for so long. We understand it’s frustrating when your cruise tracking doesn’t look the way it should.
The lines you see come from Travel Tracker steps recorded incorrectly. On cruise ships, phones may use the ship’s WiFi instead of GPS, and since the WiFi is usually registered at a port, your location can appear there even while you’re at sea. Unfortunately, we can’t adjust trips from our side, but you can fix this by deleting the incorrect steps (the white dots) directly in the app.
We know this isn’t ideal, and we really appreciate your feedback, which has been shared with our Product team. If you experience any issues while deleting the incorrect Travel Tracker steps , feel free to reach back out to our team with a screen-recording, and we’ll gladly guide you through it. Thanks again for your patience and if you have other questions, feel free to let us know.
Prefer to use website, but am being forced to get the app.
I have been following a friend on PolarSteps for a few years, on the website, which has been good. It keeps, however, trying to force me to install the app to continue doing so, and I don't want the App. This is frustrating--I don't want the app out of privacy concerns and also because of the battery power it constantly uses. As of today, I can see only the name of my friend's current trip and am directed to the app to see the actual post.
