RUBBISH PRODUCT which does not cool a room.
Purchased this product and expected to find some serious tech enclosed in the external box, as advertised.
Sorry, but this product is expensive imitation of a fan using soggy carboard fins to supposedly cool the air....
If you want to return it, it has go back to Hong Kong. Shipping fees plus admin costs mean you receive ZIP back.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY...

This product is wrongly advertised and is just a fan that is very overpriced.
You cannot get hold of the customer service,I think I have been missold this product and not going to get my money back.

The unit finally arrived yesterday after constantly trying to contact them for a refund before the order was dispatched. It was even worse than I expected. Very poor quality flimsy construction. Immediately started leaking water when filled with less than 300 ml of water. And it doesn’t even power up.! It looks like it has pieces of paper inside it which I thought were part of transport packaging. Am trying to get refund through PayPal but fear I have been a fool and have lost £76.88 for nothing.

If I could give it zero stars I would. It is false advertising; don’t buy it! It is nothing more than a weak and noisy fan. There is supposed to be a 14 day window to return it. I am not able to get ahold of them.

Please do not buy it. It is China made for 2,3 pounds and it doesn’t work at all. You can not contact them, and they know why

this is a very exppensive small room fan ,nothing else .i should have bought the £9.99 fan from amazon which works much better than this thing,avoid,avoid,avoid

This is a decent desk fan and not air cooling. Overpriced and inaccurate advertising. Beware of on line ads!!

It’s a complete scam !!!!

I responded to an advert showing refrigerator technology. There was ice forming on a coil. What I got was a big standard cylinder fan which will never cool a room as described in the advert

They offer a 14 day refund and I have emailed them asking for a refund

Arrived today. Put it straightaway into the bedroom where I have a thermometer. It was 26.9. Now 26.7. No noticeable cooling. This is just a fan and not as good as my dyson. Suprised they are allowed to call it an air conditioner.

The product took weeks to arrive, it was well packaged but smaller than I was expecting, close examination revealed it is just a cylindrical fan NOT any kind of refrigerating system inside (the video ad shows copper coils with ice forming on them) It does have 3 speeds, can be mounted on a window or tiled wall, sit horizontal or even stand vertically, it charges through USB-USBC cable and when charge can be a standalone unit. The breeze is quite strong on highest setting, but in no way is the airstream chilled. If you need a desk fan in work, or just want fresh air blowing toward you then it works, but its expensive for what you get.

it is misleading advertisement. It is a fan not a cooler. Unbelievable that this can be shown!! its is falsch advertisement and not true. How I know, I bought one wioth my stupid head!!!
