The mover who dropped off the pod was very kind and professional

I have been involved in logistics for years and I am very impressed with both PODZILLA and the personnel who delivered and picked up the POD.

Ease of scheduling, ability to communicate at any time throughout the process, and the politeness of all people involved made this a very successful process for me.

I was told my POD would arrive on 4/16 so we scheduled 2 people to unload it. On 4/15 the arrival was changed to 4/17 when my husband will be the only one here to unload it.

Harrison in Sarasota was kind and helpful. Everyone was. The on only problem was that the POD was much smaller than we expected. We were told when they picked it up to transport it, that this was an old model POD.

Helpful, communicative and on-time.

There were pluses and minuses for having a POD delivere. On the positive side, you could load it at your own time and had several weeks to do so. On the negative sides are cost. It cost me almost $900 to do this and it only moved a very small portion of my house. Secondly, I don't like the fact that after they picked up the POD it took a week to deliver it. The driver who delivered it empty was wonderful. He gave me a lot of do's and don'ts which I truly appreciated.

The service from ordering to delivery to shipping across the country has been one of the best experiences we could have. With such a large move PODS have been great. The customer service and the drivers have all been amazing. We won’t be making another move like this, but we will definitely recommend PODS. Thanks again for wonderful service.

My move from Florida to New York was made easy by PODS Moving and Storage. All through the process I was kept informed of what to expect, when to expect it, how to prepare for it. The personnel delivering and picking up my POD were professional in every respect.

Everything went according to plan. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. There were no surprises. Highly recommend.

The process was so easy! Setting up delivery and pickup were both easy and efficient! The delivery and pickup person were amazing! They were on time within the 3 hour window I was given and worked quickly to get the job done. Communication was great to ensure none of my property was damaged! My experience with PODS was entirely positive. From the initial quote, acceptance, delivery, payments, and final pick-up, everything was outstanding. A special shout-out to the delivery driver (I apologize for not remembering your name) and to Jimmy and Dean, the pick-up drivers. Working with all of you was a wonderful experience!

Easy affordable and convenient

POD was very helpful and drivers were excellent and very impressive at parking exactly where I needed it.

Driver was great! And prompt!

I had an awful time from start to finish. The quote changed 3 different times. I said specifically what I needed and I need the pod stored and the closest Pod location and they couldn’t get that right. Talked to multiple people who couldn’t help me. Charged my card $396.06 after they said everything was canceled and nothing else would be charged from my card. Called every single day for a week as well as emails trying to get someone to refund my money. Horrible experience. Would never use again!!!

The drivers, on both delivery and pick up were very pleasant, polite and informative. They exhibited their experience with the process with the short time in which they performed the necessary function. We would use them again without question if needed.
