Easy to work with, rescheduling was easy. Great service

The POD showed up on the date and time requested. The driver called before his arrival and placed the POD exactly where I wanted it on the driveway (in a tight fitting situation). When I was ready to return the POD about 4 weeks later, the driver called before his arrival (on the date I requested) and expeditiously picked up the POD and was on his way. Excellent service and communication. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

If I ever move again, I’ll use PODS! It made moving so easy! The movers are also very friendly and informative.

I called to cancel my reservation and was provided a discount to keep it. I asked if there would be any additional charges at the end of our call and was told no. Additional charges were added to my credit card so I called PODS to dispute. I received an automatic response via email referring back to my original contract. I was also told both pods would be delivered in my driveway because I had the clearance to do so. My second pod was delivered in the street and was told by the delivery driver it was common for the sales people to tell you they will fit to finish the sale. I feel scammed for multiple reasons due to the dishonesty of the sales people and lack of support from the company. I would not recommend this company.

Everyone I interacted with was fantastic. They communicated everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. The timeframes given were accurate and the pod was on schedule for drop off and pick up at both locations!

Communication is outstanding. I appreciate the text messages and emails reminding me of pickup and delivery windows. They were on time, I always knew what the schedule was, and the drivers were professional and informative. My pod arrived in my new location as stated and with no issues. I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely use this service again.

POD was relocated from Jacksonville to St Augustine due to company policy at my expense. My home is within 35 miles of the Jacksonville location and the truck drove past my house to get to St Augustine. Rigid company policy cost me a few hundred dollars.

Entire process was very convenient. Cost was reasonable for move from CA to AZ. Able to easily schedule drop-off, transit, and pick up. Received timely notifications of delivery and pick-ups. Drivers were very friendly and courteous and delivered PODS as requested.

This was so simple and worked perfectly. It was easy to schedule and reschedule and make adjustments to the size of the Pod (several times). The on-line system was easy to use. Later, my phone calls were answered by expert support folks who were able to help me make decisions and streamline my plans. The on-line info reels are excellent. I received no harassing calls or emails from Pods or other moving companies incessantly pelting me with better offers (as had happened when I inquire with a moving company before reaching out to the Pod people.) Everyone I had contact with at Pods was competent - all were friendly, and communication was simple and precise. I highly recommend using Pods to move. It was like going back in time. PODS is so easy...I've used them twice now with no issues. They need very little lead time. Their website is user friendly. Their drivers are very helpful and accomodating.

Clean organized pods and nice knowledgeable drivers

Everything pods did was great. Only part of the experience that was less than great. Was the local contractor that Pack and Load Services sent to load our POD. Pack and Load Services is a company that PODS recommends. They sent a two-man crew that was understaffed and had already done a job that day. They were three hours late and exhausted before they even started our job. Other than that, my experience with using PODS was very good.

PODS caused major issues with my move. I scheduled delivery and pickup several times over the phone, only to find out later that nothing had been entered into their system. No one notified me, and I only discovered the problem when I checked online and saw no dates listed. This mistake threw off my entire moving timeline and left me waiting much longer for my belongings. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Choosing pods was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. When we first decided to go with pods we were told the complete opposite of pricing over the phone then what the invoice stated. This company will not care or honor any pricing told verbally or documented. They will charge you hidden fees and upcharge your bill by over 150 dollars because they know that they have your stuff and that you can’t do much about it. We finally received our pod and now know to stay away from this company going forward.
