Friendly, polite staff, answered all my queries, gave me great advice. I was concerned before I went in that I’d be wasting their time, however, after listening to my concerns, the podiatrist was able to reassure me and recommend small changes that have made a big difference. If like me you’re concerned about visiting a podiatrist, I can definitely recommend this practice.

I am a regular customer with Borders Podiatry & Performance Clinic. Dan is great, he is friendly and takes time to have a chat while being very professional in his job. He takes great care and time in his work and values you as a customer.

The online booking system is quick and easy to use and the service they provide is good value for money.

I booked an appointment for my 11 year old daughter with Dan to have a look at her wonky toes! Dan put her at ease, and spoke in terms my daughter was able to understand. He was clearly passionate about what he does and very skilled and knowledgeable. We have our fingers crossed that his solution will straighten her up a bit!
Abbie and Anne were in also, and are really friendly and showed a genuine interest in me and my daughter and our feet!

Borders Podiatry and Performance Clinic is an outstanding practice. Everyone who works there is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They look after their clients well. They also sell gear for running and have a good range of orthotic sandals and flip flops.
I am so thankful that I have Dan and Anne to look after my feet. I actually look forward to my appointments. 😃

Brilliant service from Dan put me to ease straight a way and explained in depth what was wrong.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled podiatrist, and helpful, cheerful receptionist. The treatment on the day was pain-free and Dan's recommendations on supportive footwear mean that I am less likely to have foot problems in future.

I have been experiencing heel pain for the last year or so, i am a returning runner hoping to develop it further but I was having issues with this due to the pain, I had never seen a podiatrist before but I knew they dealt with foot issues, when I went to my appointment I was a bit anxious as I have struggled with long term injuries in the past, both Anne who I initially spoke with on the phone Abby and Dan made me feel at ease and were all were very professional and friendly, they made me feel relaxed straight away, I got my assessment a scan, Dan was very knowledgeable and explained and educated me on my heel issue and was able to give me a prompt diagnosis, he also provided up to date clinical treatments and rehab that helped a lot and got me running again, he also supported me with a further injury which was a godsend in these difficult times of just accessing a GP appointments, if I need further support in the future I would go back and would highly recommend going there if you have foot and ankle issues thank you for your great support

An excellent service all round. Really friendly welcome by the receptionist, a sense that you are not just another anonymous customer but important to the team. Very thorough examination by the podiatrist who clearly has a lot of experience and knowledge. Good follow up care. No sense that further appointments or treatments were recommended where they weren't necessary and for me a successful outcome from the prescribed treatments!

Travelled from Yorkshire to visit. Such a great experience. Normally I'm in pain when my feet are done. Not here. One of the main things I miss from Scotland. Confident, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. What more can you want

Absolutely excellent experience. Very caring, very knowledgeable and very efficient. Dan diagnosed the problem, treated it very successfully, showed me how to deal with in the short term, made recommendations and put together a plan for longer term resolution of my problem. Would highly recommend anyone with foot pain or issue that is worrying or problematic - seek advice and help from the professionals at this clinic.

Got an urgent appointment with Dan as I was worried about a lump on the heel. He was reassuring and managed to sort the problem quickly. Excellent service. Thank you.

Excellent service. Dan always discusses progress with me and provides advice for care. The team are all very friendly and in made v to feel welcome from Ealing in the door to leaving. Prompt to reply to phone messages too.
The efficiency of the appointments system is also excellent with a useful reminder service.

i had a few treatments with Dan for the laser treatment last time was in was saying i had a rheumatologist phone call appointment soon and i told him that i be saying how much my feet feel better to the doctor, had my appt and near the end i was telling the doctor about this he was very interested in what i was say asked loads about it and there were some things i could not tell him, and he would like to pass on any information to help others with feet issues that would like to try a more holistic approach i will be picking leaflets up to pass on to him

Visited yesterday with a knee issue & following thorough assessment which Dan clearly explains as he performs then advises on best course of action, I left the clinic reassured I can continue current exercise plan.
Previously Anne successfully treated an ingrown toe nail.
I now have regular appointments with fantastic Gemma who cuts my nails & attends to minor issues.
From the minute you step through the door & are greeted with a smile from Abbie you are in safe hands…..

I have found as I get older my legs seem to get longer and my toes further away. What a boon to find Borders Podiatry and Gemma. I now visit every six weeks to have my toe nails clipped. Every visit has been easy, convenient and comfortable. I enjoy my friendly chats with all the staff and my feet feel wonderful.

Very informative and interactive session on heel pain.
I thought I had planted fasciitis but after listening to Dan I don’t think it is. I will need to come back for a proper diagnosis .
