I went to Liam in excruciating pain in my shoulders and neck and he worked miracles and fixed me and I’m pain free! I know I’m a long way off but wow highly recommend! He’s so knowledgeable and good at what he does!!

First came to Liam with a battered body poor posture and a rotator cuff injury. After the first session I felt a million times better I’ve been coming back regularly every two weeks to keep on top of it and keep my posture adjusted. After a good 5-6 sessions now I feel completely new and it’s become something into my life routine I book in. Liams great at his job highly recommend.

I saw Liam last Saturday for a sports massage and was really impressed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy-going, which made the whole session comfortable and relaxed. He listened carefully to all the issues I mentioned and took the time to work through each one thoroughly. By the end, he’d restored range of motion and flexibility I didn’t even realise I’d lost! Been to Liam a few times now and couldn’t recommend highly enough! He really does knows his stuff and exactly whats needed to relieve the aches and pains I suffer with especially in my back/shoulder area.

After suffering with back/shoulder pain for a while I went to see Liam for a massage. When I say this man has magic hands I swear by it, it was so nice to walk out after & not feel about 80. Can’t recommend enough. Went here with a pulled groin and couldn’t do much or even barely walk. But i started doing my stretches and focusing on a rehab plan and I feel like I am now a few weeks off running again which is amazing.

I didn’t think my body could be saved, but after the first 3 hours of treatment, pains that I’ve had for years just disappeared. I can now train at the gym without anything hurting like it used to. Great experience every time, felt comfortable straight away, made a new friend. Would highly recommend.

I have been to so many people over the years for a decent sports massage but Liam is the best. Every time is different and specific to my aches and pains and i leave feeling so much better. Liam listens to your problems and fixes them!

Just before Christmas I had a sports massage with Liam to address tight quadriceps, hip flexors, and lower back pain caused by my training routine, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. After a gym session i noticed a pain that started to appear in my lower back/glutes which got worse as the days went on. Liam gave me exercises / movements to follow to release a nerve that was causing the pain giving me instant relief. I also had a sports massage which improved my range of movement and as he is also a PT he advised on ways to improve my posture / form when squatting to avoid injuries going forward

Liam is my go-to for fixing any injuries or issues I have with my body. His skill set and knowledge has ranged from generally keeping my muscles feeling good and injury-free to preparing me for major sporting competitions. He’s fixed long-lasting painful injuries in just 1 or 2 sessions and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!
