To my dismay, I soon discovered that I had been deceived, losing a significant amount of money in the process.

It is a physical and mathematical impossibility for any human to place two identical trades at the same millisecond. I am a trader on your platform for several years. In the past, I experienced wins and losses due to my learning process, but market movements, candles, and timeframes were always clear and predictable.
Recently, I have observed a concerning pattern: trades with small amounts or during the first few trades of the day often succeed, but subsequent trades frequently experience sudden reversals in the final seconds, causing losses by just a few points. This is clearly illustrated in the attached screenshot showing trades lost by only one point despite a clear trend and candle patterns.
Moreover, trades with larger amounts almost always lose, even when opened at the same time and in the same direction as smaller trades. For example, if I open two trades simultaneously on the same asset—one with a small amount and one with a large amount—the larger trade consistently loses while the smaller trade wins. This pattern has repeated across multiple trades and timeframes.
I have tested this on multiple timeframes and noticed that increasing the trade amount often leads to the same issue: even with correct analysis, clear trends, and proper candles, the candle suddenly spikes in the opposite direction just before closing.
I have contacted support multiple times and provided evidence, including screenshots and a video. However, the replies have been the standard explanation that there was no platform maintenance and that this is normal market movement. As an experienced trader, I can confidently say this is inconsistent with normal market behavior.
Additionally, I have noticed that new accounts tend to succeed more easily, while long-standing accounts like mine often face these abnormal behaviors, and complaints are not taken seriously.
I am submitting this as a formal complaint with attached evidence (screenshot and video) and request a thorough review of trade execution, price feed behavior, and platform fairness. The pattern is repeatable and clearly observable, and it has affected my confidence and trust in the platform.

Trade amount executed incorrectly, compensation refused

I am sharing my experience with Pocket Option regarding a serious issue with trade execution.
I intended to open two trades of $10 each and explicitly clicked the $10 amount button. However, the platform executed a single $100 trade, which I did not select or approve.
I immediately contacted support and explained that the $100 amount was not my intention. Unfortunately, support claimed that the trade was executed correctly and placed full responsibility on the user, without providing any documented evidence (such as order logs or confirmation records) proving that I agreed to a $100 trade.
What is especially disappointing is that my request for a goodwill compensation was rejected, despite the fact that the executed amount did not match my action or usual trading behavior.
I am not disputing a trading loss — I am disputing the incorrect execution of the trade amount. I expected a more client-oriented and transparent approach.
I hope Pocket Option will review this case properly and provide a fair resolution.

I started using Pocket Option back in 2023, and honestly, it has been one of the worst experiences with a trading platform. My account was suddenly blocked without any warning, and they simply said, We can’t provide service to you anymore. When I contacted support multiple times, they never gave a proper explanation. They just kept repeating the same generic line.

I thought maybe it was a mistake, so after my old account was deleted, I opened a new one. But again, they blocked the new account as well using the exact same excuse. Still no explanation no rule violation, no detail, nothing.

From my experience and from many other reviews online, it’s very clear that:

+ When users make good profit, Pocket Option often refuses withdrawals.
+ Support gives random excuses, delays, or keeps circling around without answering anything.
+ Many traders reported that as soon as they start earning consistently, the platform blocks their ID or limits their account
+ They never explain what rule was broken or what the issue is.
+ Users lose funds stuck in the blocked accounts.

If a trading platform cannot clearly explain why they block someone’s account, or why they refuse withdrawal, then this is a serious red flag. It shows they are not transparent and not trustworthy.

I didn’t even have a large balance in my account but still they blocked it. I can only imagine how many people lost bigger amounts. There are already hundreds of complaints online about the same issue.

Pocket Option seriously needs to improve honesty, transparency, and customer support. Until then, I strongly advise new users to be very careful before depositing money here.

Если инструмент уходит в минус для компании,его внезапно «отключают» под предлогом технических проблем.
Котировки часто не совпадают с TradingView или другими проверенными источниками.
Постоянное снижение процентов по сделкам, что делает торговлю всё менее выгодной.
Как только трейдер выходит в стабильную прибыль и пытается вывести средства,начинается бесконечная верификация, затягивание сроков до 14 дней и психологическое давление с расчетом на дальнейшую торговлю и потерю средств.
Дальше ещё хуже: при продолжении торговли счёт блокируется под любым предлогом и ссылаясь на договор публичной оферты вменяя вам в вежливой форме какой то пункт.

Важно понимать: ваши сделки не выводятся на межбанк, вы торгуете исключительно внутри платформы против самого брокера.(математически максимально отрицательный результат)То есть чем больше вы зарабатываете, тем больше компания теряет. Отсюда и все «меры» против прибыльных клиентов. А про OTC-активы я вообще молчу так как это отдельная история манипуляций.

Если действительно хотите торговать и развиваться в трейдинге — идите на реальные рынки Forex у регулируемых брокеров. Там вы работаете с ликвидностью, а не против компании, которая живёт только за счёт ваших потерь.
Сама компания фактически существует за счёт обмана и агрессивного маркетинга: мощная реферальная программа, TikTok, YouTube, социальные сети — именно так они заманивают новых клиентов. Это не «успешные трейдеры», а партнёры, которые зарабатывают за счет ваших потерь на привлечении других, а не на торговле. По сути, людей оболванивают красивыми картинками и обещаниями.
Подумайте дважды, стоит ли рисковать своими деньгами ради такой «игры в одни ворота».

Today, I discovered that PocketOption is completely a scam. I was in a profit margin and gaining some money, so I signed out to continue later at night. When I took some rest and reopened my account, my balance was zero, and they took all my money. It's a totally stupid site. So, stay away from it.

Pocket Option operates as a non-regulated online broker, primarily offering binary options trading. Users are facing lost of trouble, specially when it comes to the withdrawal.
Also there are numerous youtube channels supporting them claiming to be traders and using telegram links to create affiliates under them. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE TELEGRAM USERS. They are scammers.
they just lure clients to click their links and register under their affililiates.
Dont trust them. They will offer profits at first to make you trust them, later all their signals will be wrong.

Take your time to read and you will have your dounts cleared.

I strongly warn others against using Pocket Option. My experience shows clear signs of a scam operation. After depositing money, I faced endless obstacles when trying to withdraw. The support team was unhelpful and repeatedly delayed my requests, asking for unreasonable “proof” just to block my withdrawal.

At first, they allow small withdrawals, but as soon as you deposit larger amounts or start making profits, the problems begin. This matches the same complaints I’ve seen from many other users online—denied withdrawals, sudden account closures, and funds effectively stolen.

Pocket Option is not regulated by any trusted financial authority, which means customers have no protection or legal recourse. Combined with their unethical practices, this makes the platform extremely dangerous.
