Great product
The kit arrived quickly and once professionally installed, worked beautifully. The soft close system is definitely a plus. Customer service was very helpful throughout the process. I ordered a separate latch kit for a specific look/match with other hardware, but the one included was a good basic choice.

I just discovered Pocket Door…
I just discovered Pocket Door Superstore and wish I'd know about them sooner. I purchased the Eclisse Pocket Door system; Pocket Door Superstore has the best, most complete selection and had items in stock that Home Depot and Houzz. I made an error when placing the order and immediately reached a human with Customer Service who fixed my order and walked the edited order to fulfillment to make sure that it was processed correctly. They also followed up after delivery to make sure that everything was as I expected.
