Quite Pleased
I purchased and have since installed an Eclisse pocket door assembly from Pocket Door Superstore. I received the ordered product at the stated price, and it arrived on time. The packaging was good and the contents undamaged. The product design is excellent, and the materials are well-made.

Poor communication
I must say the pocket door hardware is better than expected. The problem is that the door lock will not fit my door 1 3/8”. I requested a refund for the lock. On June 12, 2021 I received a $110 refund no request to return the lock.

Had a questiongreat service!
Had a question, made a call to customer service. Quick phone tree, maybe a short wait and I spoke with an actual person who was very helpful and answered all my questions. Also gave me advice for how to get the products on my timeline.
Everything shipped the day after I ordered and was delivered very quickly - easily met my need date!

The big box stores did not have one in…
The big box stores did not have one in stock and would not for a while. Pocketdoor Superstore had one in stock and to me in 5 days. Excellent customer service.

Terrible business
To return a tiny piece of door hardware they want to charge $85 for shipping on top of a 30% restocking fee. Plenty of other businesses out there to accomplish whatever door hardware thing you’re trying to do so don’t give this company your business.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we had initially misread the email and believed you wanted to send a large item back and although the terms are indeed that we charge a 30% restocking fee (which would have been $85 in TOTAL, not on top of 30%) and this is to protect ourselves against the high shipping charges we incur as we offer free shipping on such large items. We soon replied once we'd realized our mistake and offered for you to send it back for a full refund less $30 to cover shipping although you didn't take up our offer. It is worth noting that there is no legal requirement in the US for any business to accept returned goods which are not faulty although we'd prefer to give our customers the option and this is clearly outlined in the Terms on our website.
Of course it is entirely your choice where you purchase from along with the terms that you agree to when purchasing and I guess we're thankful that our other feedback speaks volumes. We're not as large as Home Depot etc. and cannot afford to take large hits each time a customer changes their mind although we are as accommodating as possible as our feedback will also show.
If you wish to take our offer and send the item back, we'd happily still give the refund.
Apologies for any distress caused.

"Tech" Support
I needed help developing the best configuration for a wall with two pocket doors with different widths. I was referred to Ben, who manages the website for Eclisse importers, and he expertly handled my naive questions and took the time to explain the product clearly in order to develop the best layout. I haven't found anything that compares to the comprehensive Eclisse kits and look forward to their arrival.

Superstore is a great company other stores should follow their lead.
talking to one of the agents was a pleasure, doing business with over seas company was kinda interesting, and wondering if I would ever get my door. But is wasnt a problem I was told that the ship was docking in the next two days and within a week it was at my door. They offer online videos for us DIY very informative with step by step instructions.I have the frame put together and in the wall and now getting the door ready to install.. I would buy from this company again.. win win.

Really Good experience with a couple of…
Really Good experience with a couple of hiccups. Great product that I have confidence in. Everything is working great.
I got a double pocket system which is just 2 single pockets. Some of the translation of instructions for the double got lost to me as we went through it. I'm an amateur so some things were not obvious to me. The company can apparently get confused too because I was only sent one trim kit originally and it requires two (some pieces are wasted because of that)
On the important question though (Am I happy with the finished product?) the answer is YES!

Excellent customer support
As a business owner, I've had a lot of experience with dealing with vendors. The decline in customer service in recent years is a sad fact of life. However, working with this company has been a different experience. I have had all my questions answered quickly and competently. Ben has been of such great assistance that I am not sure that we would gone forward with our project with 3 sliding doors in an office retrofit without his advice and assistance.
